This Delhi group paints 'wall of shame' to promote awareness
A group of volunteers in Delhi have painted tribal murals on a public wall, which was once a 'wall of shame', to deter people from spitting and littering around it. Joining NDTV on this debate is former Minister of Minority Affairs, Salman Khurshid; Shazia Ilmi of the BJP; Asaduddin Owaisi, MP of AIMIM; retired Lt Gen Syed Ata Hasnain; and filmmaker and script-writer Anusha Rizvi.

NDTV exclusive: Tough to believe in God, say Aarushi Talwar's parents
Rajesh and Nupur Talwar were convicted of the twin murders of their teen daughter Aarushi and the family's domestic help Hemraj in 2013. They have filed an appeal against that verdict by a court in Uttar Pradesh, but hearings have yet to begin. The Talwars have always maintained they are innocent; the investigation against them, first by the police in Noida, where they lived, and then the CBI, was replete with lapses and holes, according to many legal experts. NDTV's Sunetra Choudhury interviewed the Talwars, dentists by profession, by exchanging letters and speaking to jail authorities.

The NDTV Dialogues: India's public health in critical care
Children lose life in the India's Capital city. The victims are not just of a disease of dengue but of a deadlier combination of indifference of public health, larger negligence of a core problem. We discuss the issues that are rising out of what some may say is a panic situation while others may say it as an epidemic of dengue. But the stories are repeated across cities and rural areas. The situation of healthcare is dismal as it is. Why do we wake up only when there is an emergency and expect the healthcare to be fully functional? Why is health low priority for politicians and government after government?

For over 50 days now, 44-year-old Ayub Miyan has not managed to open his petrol pump in Nepal's Birgunj town, about 5 kilometres from the Indian border. First, a month-long agitation in the area and now a blockade by the Madhesi groups that represent people who share ethnic ties with Indians across the border has meant not a single tanker of fuel has entered Birgunj in about 50 days.
