Log an IT Service request
The IT Service Desk is the central point of contact for help and assistance with all information technology issues.
Report a fault or service request online – login using your MYVU Portal or Active Directory (AD) username and password (same as your staff email login details).
As a staff member this eliminates the need for you to contact the Service Desk. You'll be able track the progress of lodged jobs, add more information, and communicate with an IT service Desk Analyst while they're working on your Incident or Service Request.
When you submit an Incident or Service Request, the Service Desk analysts will process as soon as possible.
Phone the IT service desk
You can contact the IT Service Desk via phone on +61 3 9919 2777 (option 3) for all ITS related problems, or queries from anywhere within the University.
