How to apply
There are several ways to apply for courses at Victoria University (VU), based on:
- your chosen course study level
- your residency status
- the time of year
- your student status, if you are a current or recent student of VU (within the last 6 months).

VE/TAFE courses
Everything you need to know to apply for our Certificate I-IV, Diploma or Advanced Diploma courses, as well as how to become an apprentice. -
Undergraduate courses
There are two main ways to apply for our bachelor degree or honours courses: through the Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC) or directly to VU. -
Postgraduate courses
Apply for a postgraduate degree by coursework or research. -
International applications
Apply to study with Victoria University as an international student (non-resident). -
Short courses & individual units
Short courses & individual units allow you to expand your skills, explore new study areas or simply have fun while learning something new. -
Special admission programs
We can help you get into your course with our special admission programs, so that you can reach your true potential. -
Course transfers & re-admission
If you would like to enrol into a different course or your enrolment has lapsed for whatever reason, you can apply for a course transfer or re-admission. -
