Our past productions have included Hair (2010), Rent (2011), Spring Awakening (2012), Jesus Christ Superstar (2013 and 2014), In The Heights (2014), Les Miserables (2014) which was in partnership with the Sudbury Symphony Orchestra, as well as numerous performances throughout the city including cabaret’s, fundraisers, and charitable events for various organizations in Sudbury. Our mandate is to bring to the stage pieces of theatre that have the potential to inspire our audiences. We focus on telling stories that our artists can connect to. Choosing pieces with the intention to spark creative conversation for a new generation of theatergoers. Each season we work with many talented young artists from the city of Sudbury and beyond. Many of them have gone on to receive post-secondary training and are starting careers as professional theatre artists. Through their success, we have built a company of actors and artists who can take our work to a higher level and affect a wider spectrum of audience. This season we will be staging Green Day's American Idiot at the historic Grand Night Club in Sudbury as well as the musical theatre classic, Fiddler on the Roof. In order to continue our tradition of presenting professional theatre productions in Greater Sudbury, we kindly request your financial support. The success of our company is attributed to our talented artists and our generous sponsors. Major fundraising initiatives are necessary to cover the expenses of venue, sound, costumes, marketing, lighting, technicians, musicians, scenery, and our actors. We are building a company that will one day put Sudbury on the map as the central arts hub of Northern Ontario. Investing in the Arts is a positive step forward in the cultural and economic growth of any community.
