There's someone going around and hacking into peoples' accounts and posting bad things to their friends so they can get mad and ban them.

I advise you to re-post this to your journal so your friends can know that if a random post comes up being mean to them that it's not you, that someone got into your account.

I plan on changing my password to something personal that only I, and I alone know about. I advise you all to do the same. Hackers are no joke and the threat of one should never be taken lightly. Hackers are often very good at what they do and if one gets you it is possible for them to hack into your computer through a place like dA and gain all your personal information which could be stored on your computer. (This includes your parent's or sibling's information that may be stored on a different account.)
Normally I'm not one to get nervous about hackers, and even now I myself am a bit skeptical, but I'm not taking any chances. I've been hacked before and it was not fun. So again, there is a hacker (probably one among many here on dA) who is hacking people's accounts.

PC, Mac...any computer is fair game to a hacker. Don't think that because you have a computer that is 'hard to hack into' that they won't try.

You have been warned.



So...well.. now you know xD Just keep your firewall, your virus search and destroy programm always updated
