As a family owned company, we understand that your furniture and personal belongings are valuable and with this in mind we assure you that the provision for quality packing and careful handling is routine practice for all relocation services.

On moving day all furniture items are wrapped in preparation for transit in purpose designed high quality furniture blankets. These offer excellent protection during transit and handling. Our company has a commitment to sustaining the environment; as a consequence the great majority of our materials are recycled.

For long distance haulage we will prepare a detailed inventory of your household goods, describing each item. This document is the key to ensuring the safe transit of your effects over longer distances as it is checked and cross checked as the shipment progresses from uplift through to delivery.

We also offer a safe, clean and secure storage option for your effects whether it is during transit, or for the short or long-term solution to your storage needs.

We provide all the professional equipment required such as furniture pads, ties and trolleys etc. to make sure your goods are looked after in transit. We also provide services such as pre-pack, packing materials and storage.

All our quotations are inclusive of GST, public liability insurance and our transit insurance which covers fire, flood, rollover and collision.

With a number of different sized trucks and trailers there is no job too big or too small. Whether it's a Local, Country or Interstate move (Australia Wide) we have the man power and trucks to get the job done.

Although our office is only open the standard hours our friendly office staff can be contacted by phone outside of these hours if necessary. This also rule applies when the boys are out on a job, they will start earlier if required and they certainly won’t pack up at 5.00 pm if there is still work to be done. They will not leave until you are satisfied that the job is complete.

Rest assured we will try to work in with the hours you need whenever we can. We realize that most people work all week so Saturday is often the only day in which you have to be able to do your move on. Therefore our boys are more than happy to accommodate this.

  • We found this business to be truly outstanding. Not only were the boys on time but they were fast and efficient and made the move go so smoothly. All their staff were very friendly and courteous and helped make this experience seem so effortless. They took so much care with our furniture and personal items. Everything was wrapped in proper removal blankets and they took the extra time to stack it really well and even tie down certain items in the truck so they wouldn’t move. I was really happy with how the move went and it was not as expensive as we thought it would be. Thank you for a job well done, I would certainly use them again as well as recommend them to all my family and friends.

  • I feel entirely cheated by this business. They charged me for an hours travel at $100 dollars an hour when their depot is in Himdmarsh (15 minutes from Hindmarsh to the south of adelaide where I live(, see google maps to verify) at 7 in the morning, and for those who live in Melbourne or Sydney who may question this, remember this is Adelaide! I was promised that I would be charged in 15 minute increments and this did not happen, they came at 7.30 and finished at 9.15 and I was still charged for 3 hours including the bogus claim of one hours travel. I had cash to pay but the movers had no change and refused to take a cheque and were in haste to get to their next move so I gave them my credit card number (MasterCard ) clearly specifying the sum only of $315.00.and as I felt I couldn't trust them I checked my bank account and they had charged me $322.88 , maybe because they felt they could add an exorbitant merchant fee, despite the fact that I had the cash on me.

  • What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

    All our staff must have numerous years of experience with a clean driving record. They are placed on a probationary period to start off with to make sure they treat your goods with the kind of respect it deserves. They must have had previous experience with a furniture removal company and most of our guys have well over 5 years in the game, with some ranging up to 15 years experience. They are taught how to wrap, pack and tie so the load is safe and secure.

  • Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

    We have no specialty as we will help you with all your removalist needs. From the smallest job to the largest jobs we have the ability to help you with them all. As our motto states "If it's moveable, we'll move it". We have professionals that are experienced in moving the smallest item up to and inclusive of piano's, pool tables and all office requirements.

  • How do you normally charge for your service?

    For all our local moves we charge an hourly rate but in 15 minute increments, this will ensure that you are not charged for any time that you do not use. For country and interstate moves we charge a cubic metre rate, therefore once again you will only pay for the space you require.

  • Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

    We most definitely hold a full transit insurance along with a public liability policy. All reputable businesses should have this standard form of insurance. Please make sure this is always included in your quotation and they are not charging you for something that is a requirement. If an all risk insurance is what you prefer we can certainly pass you on to our insurance broker direct who will look after you and get you a great rate for this added extra.

    The absolute best part of my job is dealing with many new and varied people on a daily basis. I have made many long term friends over the years and everyday brings something new and exciting. Along with this comes the fact that you are able to help someone who is dealing with one of the most stressful things they have to do in their life, and make it a little less stressful for them. There is certainly nothing more rewarding than been able to provide some comfort to a client in distress.

  • What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

    In order to be able to find the best possible price first and foremost we would require important information such as where they are moving from and to, when would this removal need to be done and what would require moving. Then we would enquire as to if there would be any access difficulties and which of our services would be needed.

  • How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

    The most important tip we could provide would be to make sure they were very well organised before the truck and boys arrived. (1) make sure everything is packed correctly, dismantled, furniture emptied, fridges etc. unplugged and ready to go if this is not required to be done by us. (2) keep walkways inside and out clear of any items, dogs, children etc. to make sure they are no delays. (3) make sure inventory and details provided are accurate.

  • What makes your pricing competitive?

    Our price already includes GST as well as our transit and public liability insurance. We don't charge a call out fee but rather charge depot to depot so you only pay for the time you use. This means if your property's were only around the corner from our depot, say 15 minutes away, you wouldn't pay for wasted time we didn't use. Others may charge a 1 hour call out fee leaving you out of pocket. Also if your job takes 4 1/4 hours you will only pay 4 1/4 hours in total, not 5 hours. Most other removalists would charge the full hour not 15 minute increments like we do.

  • What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

    Ask as many questions as possible and request all the information you require. First and foremost make sure the rates quoted are inclusive of all costs, so there will be no nasty hidden surprises at the end. Is it an enclosed truck that will be sent out to collect my goods and is it large enough to accomodate my items. Are the removalists that are coming out to do the job experienced and not backpackers. Transparency is the key to getting a good legitimate removal company, if they hesitate with providing any answers they are most likely hiding something.
