    We charge an hourly rate for the first 2 hours. We then charge in 15 minute increments. We accept credit cards and cash.

    We have full transit and public liability insurance.

    We offer a 10% discount on our hourly rate to all of our one flare customers. Simply mention oneflare when you call our friendly staff.

  • What makes your pricing competitive?

    We do not charge a call out fee but charge depot-to-depot rates from YOUR nearest depot. Your insurance is also included in the cost of your removal. After your 2-hour minimum we charge in 15 minute increments.

  • What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

    When you plan on moving. The size of your current property. Any access issues at your old or new property. Any heavy items such as pianos/pool tables or marble tables.
