International student support

The dedicated International Student Support (ISS) team at Victoria University International will support you from your arrival through to when you become an alumnus of the university. Find out more about the support available.

Sometimes your question can be resolved over the phone or you can make an enquiry or email iss@vu.edu.au for assistance.

You can also arrange an appointment to meet with an International Student Adviser. When arranging your appointment, remember to include your name, student ID and which course you are studying.

After hours assistance

When the University is closed, VU international students can call the after-hours telephone number1800 758 350 for immediate advice and assistance on many issues, including health and safety concerns.
