How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge on a half hour basis with NO call out fees. Our rates are $70 per half hour. All our work is backed by a 30 day work guarantee. We're not happy till you're happy.

Because we have the years of experience behind us, you won't get an inexperienced computer geek who will charge you more per hour trying different things to solve your issue. We've seen it all and we can solve your computer issues FAST, thus saving you time and money.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Tip 1: Make a list of all your technology or computer issues. We love lists as it gives us clear goals to work towards to Tip 2: Back up your data. Always have a current back up to save time Tip 3: Try to have all your passwords ready (e.g email passwords, internet passwords etc...)

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

The type of computer and the age The Operating System - Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 or Apple OSC The problem clearly stated - i.e "I'm getting a blue screen and the computer does not start up"

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes, we have Professional and Public Liability Insurance. All our work is backed by a 30 day work guarantee. We're not happy till you are happy and customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal

"Is this computer worth fixing?" We always provide an honest answer. Sometimes we don't even go ahead with a job and can solve a customer's issue over the phone, as it may be a very simple issue. Our main goal is to get all our customers back to using and loving their technology as fast as possible.

We get to meet and help new people everyday. Nothing beats the feeling of knowing that we've brought a smile on someone's face when we've solved their computer issues.
