    We are truly local with qualification from Swan TAFE in Thornlie (Diploma in Information Technology) and further studies at Curtin university. We have been doing work

    How are you? and I say: I am good thanks. After all we are human and need to remain so. What sort of warranty do we get with this? One year manufactures warranty + our labour warranty

  • How did you decide to get into your line of work?

    I was a natural at computers since 1995. Back then people had them as luxury, even uni students used to ask me how to do things.I then decided to join TAFE to get qualified and that was the start.

  • Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

    Computer repairs, we do all sorts of problem solving such as printers, laptops, LCD screen replacements, Virus removal, performance enhancement, cleaning up systems, restoring, backing up and upgrading systems. and much more

  • How do you normally charge for your service?

    We accept cash. We used to have a mobile eftpos machine but the bank was charging us a percentage and at the same time charge our customers a further 10% which is added to the total we quote the customers. We stopped it as we do not think it is fair. A tax invoice is provided upon request.

  • What makes your pricing competitive?

    We are not driven by money. We are like a friend helping a friend with a discounted price. We like to solve the problem and make life easier for everyone if we can

    reset the device if it can be reset, find out if your device is covered by warranty, and most importantly give us a call to discuss it over the phone as we will provide you with honest advice.

  • What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

    As much information as possible. if it is a part that you are chasing such as a screen then we need to know the correct screen size and type so best to provide the model number of the laptop and we will find out the rest

  • Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

    All our work is guaranteed, if we fixed a problem and the problem reoccurred we will not charge a follow up fee. In the case of a virus removal we will charge a fee if the virus is from the customer repeating the same mistake again.

  • What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

    Honesty. We do not say things to make you pay unnecessarily. We used to hate is when we took our car to the mechanic who will propose 100 changes and charge $300-$500, but upon visiting another mechanic it is all different as the first one was trying get rich... fast

    Are you qualified? how many years of experience? Are your parts genuine or after markets? What sort of warranty do you offer? Is your warranty local or in China?

    meeting different people and new faces all the time. The people like to see me when I arrive and I like to see them when I leave as they look happy that the problem is gone.

  • Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

    Jane from Armadale bought a computer package from Dick Smith, all the devices had wireless abilities but she could not connect them. After calling DS so many times she gave up and returned the whole thing. DS called me and I went to the lady and convinced her that I can get all working for her otherwise it's free. So I went to DS and took the package and asked DS if they could provide the lady with a wireless modew for free, they agreed and I managed to setup all her devices on a wireless and I left with a big smile on her face. I did not get paid for that job by DS but I was happy to help.
