Careers at Facebook
Facebook University for Business
We believe that anyone, anywhere can contribute to Facebook by understanding the backbone of our company, and immersing themselves in the people and platforms that keep our users, advertisers and employees happy and engaged.
To this end, we’ve created a unique eight week, summer training program to provide an inside look at Facebook’s non engineering roles, while offering real world work experience in the technology sector. The program is designed to provide exposure to students who are ethnic minorities historically underrepresented in this field.
Interns are placed in teams across the business. Here are some examples of teams that FBU for Biz interns might work with:
  • Human Resources (HR) – Contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as it grows and scales.
  • Small & Medium Business (SMB) – This team connects Facebook users to their favorite business to help our clients' businesses grow.
  • Community Operations (CO) – Build and preserve user trust and engagement by developing scaled solutions to user issues, analyzing how users interact with products and each other, and delivering qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior.
  • Global Marketing Solutions (GMS) – This team creates strategic partnerships with some of the most exciting companies and brands in the world.
