transbay users: you should be able to change your mail program's server host name from "old.transpacific.net" to "mail.transbay.net".
Then the first time you send an email, you should get a challenge from the mail program saying "Confirm Exception?" at the bottom.
Confirm the exception, and then sending email should work as before.
If you get an error 'failed for unknown reason', contact support -at- transbay.net or call ecsd at 510 316 5722.
