What is Oneflare?

Oneflare is a FREE service that connects customers who need a home or professional service with trusted local businesses. We help you save time and money by sending you competitive price quotes from qualified service providers.

Oneflare goes beyond other services you may be used to – let us explain how:

  • We don't just return a list of search results. Instead, we provide real price quotes from qualified business in your local area.
  • We make sure your request is seen by the best providers. We give them the chance to review your request, submit their best price quote and compete for the job.
  • We show you reviews of past customers to help you pick the best, saving you time and money!

Does it cost anything to use Oneflare?

It is always FREE to request a service on Oneflare.

For businesses it's FREE to register, create a business profile, receive leads and to quote on your first job. To continue quoting, you can choose to either pay per quote or sign up to one of our tailored Membership Plans.


How are we different?

Oneflare makes your search for a service provider much more efficient than using Google, classifieds sites like Gumtree or directories like Yellow Pages. Simply put in your request once and you’ll receive all the information you need to compare and hire the best, without having to call around!

We have over 60,000 businesses registered Australia-wide, which increases your chances of finding the best service provider for your job.

What local services can I request on Oneflare?

We offer a wide range of trades services such as cleaners, plumbers, electricians, builders, pet groomers and more. We also offer professional services such as accountants, photographers, wedding celebrants, web designers, makeup artists and more!


Can I search for specific business on Oneflare?

So you don't waste time going through irrelevant business listings, we've made it easy by sending you the best businesses in your local area when you request a service. You are unable to search for a specific business, but you can view the full business profile for the service providers that respond to your request. Our businesses are also listed in our directory.


How many quotes can I expect to receive?

We will send you up to 5 quotes for each service request you submit, to ensure that you can compare between the best competitive quotes. Occasionally you may receive more quotes from businesses who have guaranteed lead access.


Does Oneflare recommend me a provider?

No. Oneflare matches your service requests to qualified, local businesses interested in your job, who will then submit their best price quote. To help you decide between quotes, you can view each service providers' overall rating, past customer reviews and whether they are backed by any of our Oneflare Guarantees.


Does Oneflare guarantee the service provider's work?

Oneflare does not guarantee the quality of work from service providers. However, we try to provide you with as much information as possible on the businesses that respond to your request.

We also verify businesses by checking that they are a registered Australian business, their insurance and qualifications.


How do I leave feedback for service providers?

You can only leave feedback for service providers after you have hired them. You can provide a 5 star rating and a written review for the service provider in your feedback.


Can I delete my account?

To delete your account, please email us at support@oneflare.com.au.

Businesses

Why should I offer my services on Oneflare?

Oneflare has been built to help service providers promote their business and to gain more work. Registering your business is free and we also send you FREE leads that are specific to your service category and area. We provide you with a steady stream of work, which means you don’t have to hunt for new customers!


How do I create a business profile?

You automatically create a business profile when you register as a business on Oneflare. The details you provide will appear on your business profile page.


Can I offer multiple services?

Yes. You can add multiple service categories to your business profile. This means you can include all the services your business offers!


Can I update my business profile?

Yes. You can update your business profile at any time by logging into your Oneflare account. We encourage all businesses to maintain an up-to-date profile to improve your chances of winning more work. This can include expanding your service categories or locations or uploading your portfolio.


Payment methods

Oneflare accepts payments through Visa or Mastercard and we support both credit and debit cards. You will be required to submit your payment details when you have exhausted your first free quote and have not selected a payment plan.

If you choose to pay per lead, you will be charged according to the lead fee. If you choose a monthly or annual Membership Plan, you will be charged accordingly. If you’d like to use a different payment method, please contact our Customer Care team by phone, email or chat.

If you have any existing credits in your account, these will be applied first to any lead or membership plan charges.

Troubleshooting

Why am I not receiving email notifications?

Our emails may not be going directly to your inbox. Please add support@oneflare.com.au to your address book or safe sender list so you don’t miss out on any important emails or offers!


Why am I not receiving SMS notifications?

If you are not receiving SMS notifications from Oneflare, there a 2 possible reasons:

  1. You have not provided the correct mobile number.
  2. You have selected to not receive SMS notifications.

To update your mobile number and notification settings, simply log into your account and go to 'My Account'.
