Guadalajara (Spanish pronunciation: [ɡwaðalaˈxaɾa]) is the capital of the Mexican state of Jalisco, and the seat of the municipality of Guadalajara. The city is located in the central region of Jalisco in the western-pacific area of Mexico. With a population of 1,564,514 it is Mexico's second most populous municipality. The Guadalajara Metropolitan Area includes seven adjacent municipalities with a reported population of 4,328,584 in 2009, making it the second most populous metropolitan area in Mexico, behind Mexico City. The municipality is the second most densely populated area in Mexico; the first being Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl in State of Mexico.
The city's economy is based on industry, especially information technology with a large number of international firms having manufacturing facilities in the Guadalajara Metro Area. Other, more traditional industries, such as shoes, textiles and food processing are also important contributing factors. Guadalajara is the cultural center of Mexico, considered by most to be the home of Mariachi music and host to a number of large-scale cultural events such as the International Film Festival of Guadalajara and the Guadalajara International Book Fair and a number of globally renowned cultural events which draw international crowds. It is also home to the Chivas football/soccer team, one of the two most popular in Mexico. This city was named American Capital of Culture in 2005. Guadalajara hosted the 2011 Pan American Games and is currently bidding to host the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics.
He was the schoolyard bully of the world
Even smarter than the brain
Alltime ready to pull his gun
George W. was his name
More war less education is his effort
Continuing his predecessors job
Just waiting for another war opportunity
While keeping the population scared
The dictator of the cultureless
The rocketman for the wealth
The leader of all braindead robots
He is Texas most famous cowboy
His father was a dick
And so is he
Dickness is a part of his whole family
Justified in the name of god
What the hell is Babylon?
I heard them singing about it
But I can't find it on ma map
What's a rastafarian?
Aren't that people with a genetic hair defect?
And isn't reggae an imortal dictationship
like wedding an endless relationship
I've never cried about a woman
And I also haven't shot any officer of justice
I've never been to Kingston
Cause I don't know where this place really is
Nobody is strong like a lion
Well I have never seen
Except Clarence and Simba
and the whole jamaican bobsleightteam
I'm walking through the shadow of the pale moonlight
I don't know nothing about reggae and Bob Marley's life
Of using hashpipes, smoking drugs
I don't wanna legalize anything- but I'm allright
I've never been to sunsplash
Aren't green, yellow and red the national colours of Cameroon?
I think I get a headcrash
Singing about reggae as long as soon
Weren't the Wailers a hockeyteam from Heartford
Why are they singing about the power of the lord?
I'm walking through the shadow of the pale moonlight
I don't know nothing about reggae and Bob Marley's life
Of using hashpipes, smoking drugs
Pleasureground of may now just an afterglow
Like a smashhit once now played on retro shows
As days turned into years all seems so far ago
A twenty minute walk on long forsaken streets
Notorious for wild kisses then on car backseats
Sleeping bags as cosy as hotel suites
Circus has left the town
Maybe just gone for days
Has left the town
Survives in polaroid portrays
Has left the town
From wonder to nomansland
Circus has left the town
Maybe just gone for days
Has left the town
Survives in polaroid portrays
The good times rolled but now they seem to end
These unknown faces
At these well known places
Like a stranger in nursery
Surrounded by native ghosts
A short-lived impression
Now nostalgic confession
A short-time romance
For a few days planned
Now I just wanna wake up next to you
I? ve got an undelivered letter about...
A short-time romance
For a few days planned
Now I just wanna wake up next to you
I? ve got an undelivered letter
That I? ll never send
Confessions wrecked by an adress unknown
It was me and the boys
We were hanging around
Lying on the beach an listening to the sound of Elvis
We had all greasy hair, looked for summer affairs
For a one week adventure
Then you drove by in a pink cadillac
It was love at first sight on the second parkdeck
You had this car you had style
A pony-haircut and smiled
When I tried to talk big
A short-time romance
For a few days planned
Now I just wanna wake up next to you
I? ve got an undelivered letter
That I? ll never send
Confessions wrecked by an adress unknown
Six days in seventh heaven sticking together
Pinacoladas - just our kisses were better
Now vacation is over, I? m back being sober
And I don? t have your number
If you were a student I would carry your books
Wearing a new dress I? d say how great it looks
Selling tickets in a cinema you? d get in for free
If you were my boss, I? d like to be trainee
It? s ok, that I? ll have to wait a year
So I can kiss you 1, 2, 3, 4 times
Baby are you happy, oh baby are you sad
everything is going crazy everything is going mad
'Cause you are looking like a quaky volcano and I know
that my words are gonna hurt you
And you will break out slow
We've been travelling for a long time together on this earth,
I've been looking for the right one, for my lady since my birth
but also wanna hang around with my friends now, I wanna get drunk.
Party every day and party every week,
baby I am in a turmoil, yes oh father I am weak
and I'm going to kiss the memory of you away.
And I don't wanna remember every stupid move I made,
And I also don't wanna lament you cause baby it's too late Ill be alive
We became a daily routine we became a daily kiss and I closed my eyes in front of your behaviour but I miss, you or our routine now I think it's the second
It's hard to say goodbye after all those many years
We went our seperate ways without losing any tears
But my heart wasn't made of stone
What the hell is Babylon?
I heard them singing about it
But I can't find it on ma map
What's a rastafarian?
Aren't that people with a genetic hair defect?
And isn't reggae an imortal dictationship
like wedding an endless relationship

Lead the zeppelin to nirvana for my buddies and their hollies
The rolling stone of iron may then clash.
Be aware of the police, motor heads and beach boys
They've creamed the doors with anthrax
Guns and roses may not stop them
Turn up, turn up, turn up, turn up the radio
Turn up, turn up, turn up and blast the stereo
Turn up, turn up, turn up, turn up the radio
Turn up, turn up, turn up and blast the stereo
All you wanna hear is the greatest
Song of all time
It's not been written yet
So we're playing this one
Garden sounds like black crows kissing,
Floyed turned pink and Ramone is missing,
While eagles and wailers are fighting against the foo.
Jane gets addicted and santa's n.a.
please chuck all your berries away
rapid eye movement makes your day feel green
Blood, sweat and tears - hail to the queen
She was in a rage against the machines
Her grateful death was senseless
Sex and pistols may not stop them
Turn up, turn up, turn up, turn up the radio
Turn up, turn up, turn up and blast the stereo
Turn up, turn up, turn up, turn up the radio
Turn up, turn up, turn up and blast the stereo

All you wanna hear is the greatest
Song of all time
It's not been written yet
No matter how many shows you've played
or if these songs are even selfmade
dress up for the masquerade
straight to the top of the hitparade
Been at the birthday parties, weddings
and the funerals of the present clones
on the music playground
the press creates a hype and after all
the fame brings people all around you
Hugs and handshakes
from your new friends
and your view is
through a distorted lens
Here comes a new trend
and one very last goodbye
Is this what you wanted
is this what you've been expecting
shallow friendships with the people you adored
is this what you wanted
is this what you've been expecting
you always used to say you wanted more
Now you're playing local radio's barbecue
kind of shows noone ever wants to do
midnight streets are empty as the concert hall
and you are waiting for a recall
A chain reaction of circumstance
hoping for another bunch of second chances
a melting pot of misunderstandings
of overrated attitudes and fake romances
Hugs and handshakes
from your new friends
and your view is
through a distorted lens
Here comes a new trend
and one very last goodbye
Is this what you wanted
is this what you've been expecting
shallow friendships with the people you adored
is this what you wanted
is this what you've been expecting
you always used to say you wanted more
A landscape full of mines
They are not easy to find
take good care on your way
and with the pen in your hand
you are able to plan
the route that you're gonna take
now it's time to leave the train
get off an break the chains
cause the rails would lead you on
a path where you don't belong
discover all the borders and boundaries in your head
and start to burn them down
it will never be too late
so try to understand
on this journey straight to your luck
out of this desperate days
you have to follow your heart
on the ashes of the past
will stand buildings that last
made of visions and dreams
so turn over a new leaf
admission tickets for free
only risk is the charge
answers to the questions come soon
but will they ever be clear?
just the future will show
now it's time to leave the train
get off an break the chains
cause the rails would lead you on
a path where you don't belong
discover all the borders and boundaries in your head
and start to burn them down
it will never be too late
Some cut scenes, a pic, a film strip memories
you cannot move – you try
As things are now
you’re blessed cause you can fly
An endless falling part,
naked in the classroom
you can’t scream
don’t worry sleepy-head
it’s just a dream
wake up and stand up
you have to start here comes a new day
wake up it’s time to go now
don’t stay in bed, get going now – don’t look sad,
I’ll tell you how
right foot first – brush you teeth
turn over a new leaf
It’s time to wake up
Watch out! The boogeymann,
monsters under your bad
you get into – deep poo
and sometimes Freddy is coming for you
9, 10 never sleep again
insomnia’s your friend
you are near the end
everyday groundhog day
It’s both boon and bane
and sometimes you are going just insane
Leave your dreams behind
Is it your smile or it's your hairstyle?
Is it the way you think you are
You think there is no end of yourself
Attitude as a remaining scar
You are as thick as two short planks
You're at the ground of all social ranks
Don't be offended let's shake our hands
I could kick your ass day in day out
I could kick your ass day and night
You are a mad prick
And I'm the best bad ass kicker
In the whole small town
and everywhere around
If I meet you and your friends
Shouting out your rallying cries
I'm gonna knock the stuffing out'ya
I'm 21 my life has just begun- what great fun
The girl I've got watch out
Yeah that is all I care about
My girlfriend ran away
But since this day I am ok
I wanna take revenge on her
And blow her head away
You came and left me there behind
But now I'm stronger in my mind
I'm 64 my life has almost ended
I'm feeling so sick and tired
I'm feeling stranded
I lived the life of riley all my lifetime long
Except for several years
When I spent all my days with this stupid chick
No matter how many shows you've played
or if these songs are even selfmade
dress up for the masquerade
straight to the top of the hitparade
Been at the birthday parties, weddings
and the funerals of the present clones
on the music playground
the press creates a hype and after all

So wake up and tell me that you're conscious
fortune of living in a perfect home
as a matter of course that you won't be standing alone
You take everything for granted
cause all you ever wanted
is growing up and getting your degree
you totally succeeded but you will never be feeling so
free
So free to be thinking of
some things are terminated
and other lives might be flashing by
busy with yourself you've got no time to reply
to all the letters
This will be no problem till the end of the road
and the orchestra's finished the ultimate note
nobody knows if this could happen tonight
Wondering what you could have done better at all
every day that you waste with no things to recall
and all you cared 'bout is completely out of sight
This is not the time when everything is gone
but you'll remember
you stood at the edge when you received the sad news
a memory delayed
now cover up what's underneath
and think why you can't breath
85 years old no real sense in his life and the problem
that
he's surely aware
that he's more tolerated than desired it's not really
fair
after constructing all this
Have you considered how it feels to be alone
and the reason he's alive is cause he's waiting at home
When the sun sends out it's light
Deepest darkness falls on you
Who can take you really serious
When you are excusing the whole day
Cause you walked so many ways
But where do you really go
Now you've switched to standby mode
I guess you are all I want
You can never go back to where you were once before
So best try to move things right in present
To be an automatic object is a true human defect
Don't take anything for granted- that's all you fucking need
Just walk this way for
As long as you want to
But be sure that it will lead you to nowhere
Sometimes we build walls
And we'll never touch the moon
Our lifetime long
All the mountains that you've climbed
Little hills they were instead
Will you ever reach your aims
With all these many games you've played
Contradictions in your words
I comment them with a smile
It feels good to have you here
Why working in a job from nine to five
so much to see so little time
why always hurry up and wait
slow down and then accellerate
why flog a dead horse with work others can do
lean back, nothing more, nothing less to do
If these are the footprints I should step in
I probably wear the wrong shoes
To walk the trampled down pathways
Societys mainstream wants me to
Fathers invest vitality
That their companies work well
While families just break apart
Values are produce and sell
Whats a pile of money for
When there's no one to share with
A lack of souvenirs
