We are fully insured for public liability and we do guarantee our work. We have never had an unhappy client and we have never failed to deliver more than the client expected from their session. Every single one of our clients have been absolutely thrilled with the results of their session with us.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

Dean and I absolutely love what we do. We consider ourselves blessed to be able to do what we do and we love the people that we meet. We love the process of getting to know our wonderful clients and photographing them in a way to accentuate their best features, showing their amazing personalities and giving them amazing images to last a lifetime.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Dean has always loved life drawing and decided to get into artistic nude photography. Karen has loved costuming for theatre and together they decided to branch the artistic nude photography into all styles and incorporate beautiful sets, costuming, accessories & props. The partnership is perfect.

What do you like most about your job?

We both love the look on the clients face when they see their photographs both after the session before retouching and then after they are retouched. We love the amazing emails we receive from our clients and also from their partners, thanking us for such beautiful images. To see a woman or man gain confidence in themselves and see themselves as beautiful and sexy. That is what we love!

How do you normally charge for your service?

We have several options with our packages and all of our packages are all inclusive. There are no hidden costs. All packages include makeover.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Is the price all inclusive? Are you a full time photographer or just part-time? How long have you been in business? Do you have a studio, sets, accessories etc? Is there another woman there to help me with posing, styling and to generally make me feel safe?

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

What style of session? Approximately what the spending budget is? Approximately how many final images are wanted?

What questions do customers most commonly ask you and what is your answer?

Is there a woman there to help me? Yes I am here to help with styling, wardrobe & posing. You will also feel more comfortable having me around. Do I have use of the studio wardrobe? Most certainly. We have a lot of wardrobe & accessory items for your use. Can I mix the styles in my session? Yes we shoot all styles so you can have some of each. We shoot glamour, boudoir, nude, fashion, pregnancy, family, newborn, couples, fitness, pinup, corporate & commercial styles.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We are not the cheapest studio around but we are also not overpriced. We are very, very good at what we do and we believe you will receive excellent value for money and amazing results with us. Don't choose the cheapest studio as you will likely simply waste money. Choose the studio with the best work and the best value for what you get.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Karen has over 10yrs experience in costuming for theatre and having had a daughter who is a professional dancer & model she has been involved in dance and modelling for over 15yrs now. This gives the skills in styling and posing for all types of sessions. Deans background is over 20yrs in commercial advertising and graphic design with a substantial involvement in photography over that period. Dean has been a professional photographer for the past 6yrs.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

For commercial sessions you can save money by being organised. Have your outfits ordered, pressed and your list made in advance. Choose professional models who are experienced and make sure they are properly prepared and groomed. Private clients need to have roots coloured if they have coloured hair. Nails done or clean. Hair tended to and outfits organised in advance.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Our favourite story would be of a lady who had breast cancer and was booked in for a mastectomy. She came to us 2 days before the surgery for a nude/boudoir session so that she had images of her body pre-op to keep forever. This was very special to us to be able to do this for her and both she and her husband loved the final results. Since this we have photographed a few other ladies in the same position and it is always special to us to be chosen for this.

We specialise in beautiful portraiture for ladies, men, couples, newborn & families. Our style can range from classic portraiture to contemporary and we shoot both in our studio at Tanah Merah and onsite to suit you.
