For the price, you can't beat this camera. Bought it for a cruise and took it snorkeling...I was blown away with the quality of the pictures and videos underwater. I just couldn't make myself fork out the extra cash for the hero 4; I don't regret this purchase for a minute. For someone looking for professional quality, then obviously the hero 4 is the route to take. For amateurs who just want good quality video and photo on life's adventures, this camera fits the bill. Not having a screen was not a big deal to me. I played around with the camera enough to know about how wide the angle would be and how close I needed to be to get good footage. Buy this camera with confidence.
