   Indeed, the Shoah extended into FRENCH North Africa, and ITALIAN Libya – because, as per French, Italian and German documents, Vichy-Morocco, Vichy-Algeria, Vichy-Tunisia were considered de jure and de facto part of unoccupied pro-Nazi Vichy France, and were considered “European countries.”

   That’s why, at the Jan. 20 Wannsee Conference, the Jews of Vichy-North Africa were counted among the 700,000 Jews in “unoccupied France, for the final solution to the Jewish question in Europe, a phase in the GLOBAL solution for the Jewish question.
