Londongrad: New TV series on Russian expats in London

The first Russian television series filmed almost entirely on location in London is about to air on the Russian TV station CTC.

The drama series Londongrad deals, in exaggerated fashion, with the lives of Russian expatriates, tens of thousands of whom live in London.

The show's creator says it was a miracle the show was ever made, given the sharp decline in the value of the rouble and the difficult state of relations between the UK and Russia.
