One was not enough!
Be afraid... be TWICE as afraid!
The original boogeyman is back
[Elliott sneaks into Holly's bedroom]::Holly: Elliott! What kind of idiotic joke is this? You scared the shit out of me!::Elliott: I'm the victim of a nocturnal rapture. I have to release my lowest instincts with a woman.::Holly: [Punches Elliott in the groin] Release your instincts in the bathroom.::Elliott: Are you nuts? You tryin' to turn me into a homo?::Holly: Wouldn't be too hard. If my father discovers you here, he'd cut off your little nuts and eat them. He can't stand you.
Joshua: Nilbog! It's goblin spelled backwards! This is their kingdom!
Drew: Damn. there's no milk, there's no coffee. there's nothing. Guys, didn't anyone remember to bring supplies?::Elliott: [Elliot and Brent laying in bed together] We left in too much of a hurry Drew. Go into town and do the shopping now.::Drew: Yeah, with what? i don't have any money.::Brent: Just take it out of the group fund.
Sheriff Freak: There're sandwiches for tonight in here! It'll go easier on you if you eat'em. It'll make our work easy. Otherwise, we'll be forced to kill you VIOLENTLY! [Throws bag at front door]::Drugstore Owner: It would be a shame! The blood would mix with the meat, and we'd have to leave it in vinegar for the whole night!
Joshua: Grandpa! Are you really in Hell?::Seth: No! But I know a trick that a friend of mine who went there taught me!
Sheriff Freak: He was one of us... and you killed him! Now it's your turn!
Drew: Coffee.::Drugstore Owner: There's no coffee in Nilbog. It's the devil's drink.::Drew: Eggs.::Drugstore Owner: Bleah!::Drew: Bacon.::Drugstore Owner: Are you crazy, boy? We're vegetarians here in Nilbog. Didn't you know that? Here's some Nilbog milk. Special milk. High in vitamin content. Here, it's free.::Drew: Free?::Drugstore Owner: Of course it's free. We love tourists here in Nilbog. Try some, boy, and have some of your friends drink some also.
[after her seductive dance in the mirror]::Holly: Dear Elliot Cooper, tomorrow morning will be your final chance. The beautiful Holly Waites, or your little boys. Make a choice Elliot.
Michael: Do you see this writing...? Do you know what it means...? Hospitality. And you can't piss on hospitality! I WON'T ALLOW IT! [reaching for his belt]::Joshua: What are you going to do to me, Daddy?::Michael: Tightening my belt one loop so that I don't feel hunger pains, and your sister and mother will have to do likewise. Okay, Joshua. You wanna get rough with me? You wanna show me that you don't like the choice of this house for our vacation by going on a hunger strike? Well, I'll accept the challenge. But just remember when I was your age, I really did suffer from hunger. We'll se who gets through this, but just remember I've got more practice than you. I'll see you tomorrow.
[last lines]::Joshua: They're eating my mom!::Troll: Do you want some, Joshua?::Joshua: AHHHHH!
We will not pretend,
This forest was forever.
We will not pretend,
to mind the raining cinder.
Empires rise again,
We will not pretend,
The whisper in your ear,
was nothing just remember.
We will not pretend,
To let the lantern dim.
Empires Rise again.
Empires Rise again.
Faces of the godly, they all seem so far gone.
It pleases me to stop them, like rain into the sun.
Though, I learned the hard way, to never let you on, I put into a box; it wasn't what I thought it.
Good morning, Mister Sunrise
Good morning, Lady Dawn
I hardly get to know you
And now the night is gone
Time to rise and blink our eyes
And turn the whole world on
Good morning, Mister Sunrisw
Good morning, Lady Dawn
Good morning, Mister Bluebird
Good morning, Lady Dove
I hope you stay together now
And paint the sky above
You and I were made to fly
And tell the world about love
Good morning, Mister Bluebird
Good morning, Lady Dove
Do not let the morning come between us, love
Stay with me and share the afternoon
As the shadows lengthen into evening, love
Stay with me and we can share the moon,
Share the moon
Good evening, Mister Moonbeam
Good evening, Lady Night
Why don't we stay together now
And await the morning light?
When we shine, I feel so fine
And I think you're outta sight
Good evening, Mister Moonbeam
And I love you, Lady Night
Good evening, Mister Moonbeam
Man: I wish those bloody bells would stop.
Wife: Oh, it's quite nice dear, it's Sunday, it's the
church.
Man: What about us atheists? Why should we 'ave to
listen to that sectarian turmoil?
Wife: You're a lapsed atheist, dear.
Man: The principle's the same. Bleeding C-of-E. The
Mohmedans don't come 'round here wavin' bells at us! We
don't get Buddhists playing bagpipes in our bathroom!
Or Hindus harmonizing in the hall! The Shintuists don't
come here shattering sheet glass in the shithouse,
shouting slogans...
Wife: All right, don't practice your alliteration on
Man: Anyway, when I get my membership card and blazer
badge back from the League of Agnostics, I shall urge
the executive to lodge a protest against that religious
racket! Pass the butter knife!
Wife: WHAT??
Man: PASS THE BUTTER KNIFE!! THANK YOU! IF ONLY WE HAD
SOME KIND OF MISSILE!
Wife: 'OLD ON, I'LL CLOSE THE WINDOW.
(Sound: Window closing, bells get faint, but are still
there)
Man: If only we had some kind of missile, we could take
the steam out of those bells.
Wife: Well, you could always use the number 14-St.
Joseph-the-somewhat- divine-on-the-hill ballistic
missile. It's in the attic.
Man: What ballistic missile would this be, then?
(Sound: Bells begin to get increasingly louder)
Wife: I made it for you, it's your birthday present!
Man: Just what I wanted, 'ow nice of you to remember,
my pet. 'EAR!
Wife: WHAT?
Man: THOSE BELLS ARE GETTING LOUDER!
Wife: WHAT?
Man: THOSE BELLS ARE GETTING LOUDER!!
Wife: THE BELLS ARE GETTING LOUDER! OOOH, LOOK!
Man: WHAT?
Wife: THE CHURCH, IT'S GETTING CLOSER! ITS COMING DOWN
THE 'ILL!
Man: WHAT A LIBERTY!
Wife: IT'S TURNING INTO OUR LANE!
Man: STRAIGHT THROUGH THE LIGHTS, OF COURSE.
Wife: TYPICAL, YOU BETTER GO PUT IT OUT OF IT'S MISERY.
Man: WHERE'S THIS MISSILE, THEN?
Wife: IT'S IN THE AIRING CUPBOARD. PRESS THE BUTTON
MARKED CHURCH!
Man: 'OW DO I AIM IT?
Wife: IT AUTOMATICALLY HOMES IN ON THE NEAREST PLACE OF
WORSHIP!
Man: THAT'S ST. MARKS!
Wife: IT ISN'T NOW, LOOK!! OH, ITS OP'NING THE GATE.
Man: WHAT? USE THE MEGAPHONE!
Wife: IT'S OP'NING THE GATE!!
Man: I'LL POP UP THE AIRING CUPBOARD.
Wife: 'HURRY UP, ITS TRAMPLING OVER THE AZALIAS!
(Sound: Missle launch, explosion, bells diminish)
Man: Did I 'it it?
Wife: Yes, right up the aisle.
Man: Well I've always said, There's nothing an agnostic
can't do if he really doesn't know whether he believes
When we're stuck in troubled days
We must learn to love each other
Instead of going different ways
We must try to get together
Chorus:
Fly little white dove, fly, way up high
Spread your wings, sing out your cry
'Cross the universal sky
If we love the Human race
Peace should be your aspiration
Let’s make this a better place
Spread the word to every nation
[Chorus]
When a simple word is spoken
It should be our guiding light
If vows for peace are never broken
Then the whole world will unite
[Chorus]
Your presence howls inside my ear
You lifted the ark from me
Now there's nothing i cannot see
A wooden tin, a hidden sleet
Throw the matches upon my bed
In this boiling light
It swims through this
Hollowed bin to me
We will not pretend,
This forest was forever.
We will not pretend,
to mind the raining cinder.
Empires rise again,
We will not pretend,
The whisper in your ear,
was nothing just remember.
We will not pretend,
To let the lantern dim.
Empires Rise again.
I see the rise of the light in the sky
Comforting us, though we're all going to die.
I hear the bells
They're ringing for me.
Is there not a way to avoid them?
Time marches on
Until the battery fades.
But what are you doing before hand?
Get up don't stall now.
The plane isn't going to stay.
Get up don't fall now.
It's taking you away from here.
Where the air holds nothing to fear.
And I see the light.
Because we're all going to die.
I want to help you all realize
The hope and the joy that has found me.
Live in the dark,
But dwell in the light.
If only you,
Would love me,
Bells, would ring,
And voices silent,
For a thousand years,
Suddenly, could sing.
And the heart,
Of a bandit,
Would surely vanish,
Without a clue.
And the world,
Would go on turning,
My darling,
If only you.
If only you,
Would notice,
The grass,
Would grow again.
And all the leaves,
That have fallen,
Would blow away,
In the wind.
And the sun,
Would shine forever,
All the flowers,
Would blossom,
And bloom.
And then I,
Could face the morn.
My darling,
If only you.
If the war,
We've been living,
Would cease to be,
Let us live again,
If the chains,
That have held us,
Would break away,
And set us free.
Then my heart,
Like an eagle,
Would fly away,
Into the blue.
Close the book,
Quietly dissapear.
My darling,
If only you.
It’s a moody Manitoba mornin'
Nothing’s really happening, it never does
Just got up and waited for the mailman
To bring me a letter that never was
I’m not sad or happy
just living day by day
It’s a moody Manitoba mornin'
And I like it that way
It’s a long and kind of gentle,
Lazy prairie town afternoon, The sky is high
I can fell the grass a-growin' from yesterday’s rain
The sun’s a-glowin' and so am I
Read the afternoon paper
To see what the world was at
It’s a long and kind of gentle lazy day
And I like it like that way
It’s a quiet, welcome, lively
Sort of leisurely past the evening, It’s after nine
Go slowly walkin' up and down
The main street with your special girl, Things are fine
Now it’s time to go home
Tomorrow’s another day
Another moody Manitoba mornin'
And I like it that way
Another moody Manitoba mornin'
Moody Manitoba mornin'
Another moody Manitoba mornin'
Another moody Manitoba mornin'
Another moody Manitoba mornin'
Listen to the falling rain
Listen to it fall,
And with every drop of rain
You know I love you more
Let it rain all night long,
Let my love for you grow strong,
As long as we're together
Who cares about the weather?
Listen to the falling rain,
Listen to it fall,
And with every drop of rain,
I can hear you call
Call my name right out loud,
I can here above the clouds
I'm here among the puddles,
You and I together huddle
Listen to the falling rain,
Listen to the rain
It's rainin', It's pourin'
The old man is snorin',
He went to bad and he bumped his head,
Couldn't get up in the mornin'
[Instrumental]
It's rainin', It's pourin'
The old man is snorin',
He went to bad and he bumped his head,
Couldn't get up in the mornin'
Listen to the falling rain,
Listen to it fall,
And with every drop of rain,
I can hear you call
Call my name right out loud,
I can here above the clouds
I'm here among the puddles,
You and I together huddle
Listen to the falling rain,
Listen to the rain
Listen to the falling rain,
Listen to the rain
Listen to the falling rain,
Listen to the rain
Listen to the falling rain,
Into my room he creeps
Without making a sound
Into my dreams he peeps
With his hair all long and hangin' down
How he makes me quiver
How he makes me smile
With all this love I have to give him
I guess I'm gonna stay with him awhile.
She brushes the curls from my eyes
She drops her robe on the floor
And she reaches for the light on the bureau
And the darkness is her pillow once more.
I know it's late
I know the curtain's drawn over your window
Maybe fate, or maybe just the tug of lonely made me
call
But anyway, love, I'm hearing bells
I just thought you should hear the bells
Oh oh oh (x2)
Oh oh I, I can hardly wait
I woke up in a world that's suddenly heart-shaped
Throwing you a line, send me back a sign, love
One by land or two by sea
Oh Bells
Nothing here but bells
Ringing in my heart
La la la la la la...
Meet me at the tower
We'll hang on to the ropes and swing out
Meet me at the tower
We'll hang on to the ropes and swing out
Bells, in my heart
Oh bells, in my heart
bum bum la la la la la la la
bum bum la la la la la la
bum bum la la la la la la la
bum bum bum bum bum
I can feel the sky cracking in my heart
It's falling to the pavement
Don't know where to start
So, let's go to the tower
one more time
and Climb high, love, climb high
Oh bells
Nothing here but bells ringing in my heart
in my heart...
in my heart...
in my heart
[Verse:]
Very many years ago
Mister Edgar Allan Poe
Wrote a little poem I know
Called 'Bells'
When I read those clever rhymes
Of the many different chimes
I could almost hear them ringing
Ding dong dinging
[Refrain:]
Phone bells, sleigh bells
And very merry Christmas day bells
The brazen fire bells that ring with fear
And happy New Year bells that ring out once a year
Cow bells, door bells
For all I know there may be more bells
But the poet tells
That wedding bells
Have the sweetest little ding dong of all
is this the best you have to offer us?
you genius, your hair mussed
by now you must have heard about the whirling world outside
twist a knife in it, i don't care
drain the life from it, i don't care
if you can fake it you can take them like a photograph.
with a coy sigh in time
with girlfriend waiting on the line
fine, but can't you wait to make her cry?
and they'll remember you alive
as that pain in their unkind invitation tonight
so here's your credit for the lie
that you've been hanging
and over awaiting your reply.
is this the worst you have to peddle us?
scandalous? oh spare us!
by now they must have heard about your worried world inside
pull the covers up, i don't care
call all your lovers up, i don't care
if the fates sing to your face queen of the raincloud club.
i lied when i said we were alike
your rest friend waiting on the line
to compliment your new shine
i can hardly stand to stand here now
to be your stare to admit to all
the pain that you've been painting
and over and i can't bear to stay.
so come on and sing along!
aren't we bridges aren't we bells?
aren't we chuckling through our curls?
up to heaven and down to hell
say it again pal, aren't we bells?
aren't we statues in a story
where we choose our goals of glory
over family and over friends
say it again and again.
aren't we bridges aren't we bells?
aren't we sighing in our cells?
up to heaven and down to hell
say it again pal, aren't we bells?

But as she's gettin' ready to go,
A knock comes on the door.
Bang Bang! Maxwell's silver hammer

So he waits behind

So, o, o, o.."
But when she turns her back on the boy,

When I was a little boy
I'd wake up on a Sunday morning
And hear the ringing of the bells
And I remember how good it made me feel inside
It was like the Lord was saying
"good morning, all is well"
And I'd get dressed in a hurry
And say "Mama can you take me
o where they're ringing the bells?"
Hear the ringing of the bells
Hear the ringing of the bells
Ain't it like a Voice that's calling you home
After being gone for so long
If you hear that ringing in your heart
Then you'll know where you belong
I spend my days at school
Chasing all those young man's dreams
Now we can fall under that spell
You'd best be mindful of what you keep or leave behind
I turned to find I didn't know myself so well
But I woke up one morning
And oh my heart was aching
I heard the ringing of the bells
Hear the ringing of the bells
Hear the ringing of the bells
Ain't it like a Voice that's calling you home
After being gone for so long
If you hear that ringing in your heart
Then you'll know where you belong
I can hear them ringing
Ringing, ringing, ringing
I can hear them ringing in my soul
Hear the ringing of the bells
Hear the ringing of the bells
Ain't it like a Voice that's calling you home

THE BELLS
The Originals
I'll never hear the bells if you leave me
I'll never hear the bells
I'll never hear the bells if you leave me
I'll never hear the bells
Do you hear what I hear
When your lips are kissing mine
Do you hear the bells honey
Do you hear them ringing
When I'm kissing you baby
What do I have to do
To make you feel the tingling too
Can't you hear the bells honey
Say it's just as good to you as it is to me
I hear the bells
I hear the bells
Oh ringing in my ears
Oh saying do you love me do you love me
Do you love me, do you love me
Like I love you oh baby
True love and joy and faith
And all my strength I'll give to you darling
My love is yours exclusively to enjoy
Any way you want to
One thing I want you to remember
If you ever leave
I believe I'll go insane
Darling I'll never hear the bells again
No, no, no, no, no, no
Oh baby don't leave me, don't leave me baby

My darling,

You, darling, always lied too well.
Great makeup, hey wake up
because brown and blue i'm back for you.
It seems so much that this cycle never seems to end.
I'm backburning, it's concering, but, fallen now, the hero asks how dry is
the well?
These shadows always had me tell a great story of how glory can send me back
to life intact.
I'm listening and your sonnet rhymes enough to sell,
but great poets, and you know it, would never sing one song too long and get
their lines wrong.
As you watch the sun swing faster,
and you paint your scene in alabaster,
now the ringing bells are singing after.
Are you wearing well or still disaster?
"Happy birthday."
This time I trust i'll know,
do all the things i'm shown,
begin it, end it slow,
give in, hold on, let go.
Hey pusher, puller can't you tell the rain is up?
Awake enough to know it's right, it's black, it's night,
it's comfortably right.
You honestly have served me well.
I'm past turning, it's all learning and forward, now, around, around to all
