Youtiao, also known as the Chinese cruller,Chinese oil stick, Chinese doughnut, Char Kway/Cakwe/Kueh/Kuay (in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore), and fried breadstick, is a long golden-brown deep-fried strip of dough eaten in China and (by a variety of other names) in other East and Southeast Asian cuisines. Conventionally, youtiao are lightly salted and made so they can be torn lengthwise in two. Youtiao are normally eaten at breakfast as an accompaniment for rice congee, soy milk or regular milk blended with sugar.
At breakfast, youtiao can be stuffed inside shāobǐng (燒餅; literally roasted flatbread) to make a sandwich known as shāobǐng yóutiáo (燒餅油條). Youtiao wrapped in a rice noodle roll is known as zháliǎng. In Yunnan, a roasted riceflour pancake usually wrapped around a youtiao is known as shaoerkuai (烧饵块). Yet another name for a sandwich variant is jianbingguǒzi (煎饼果子; literally youtiao and fried bread).
Youtiao are used to dip in to various soups, for example xidoufen.

Street food is ready-to-eat food or drink sold by a hawker, or vendor, in a street or other public place, such as at a market or fair. It is often sold from a portable food booth, food cart, or food truck and meant for immediate consumption. Some street foods are regional, but many have spread beyond their region of origin. Most street foods are classed as both finger food and fast food, and are cheaper on average than restaurant meals. According to a 2007 study from the Food and Agriculture Organization, 2.5 billion people eat street food every day.
Today, people may purchase street food for a number of reasons, such as to get flavorful food for a reasonable price in a sociable setting, to experience ethnic cuisines, or for nostalgia.
Small fried fish were a street food in ancient Greece, however, Theophrastus held the custom of street food in low regard. Evidence of a large number of street food vendors were discovered during the excavation of Pompeii. Street food was widely consumed by poor urban residents of ancient Rome whose tenement homes did not have ovens or hearths. Here, chickpea soup with bread and grain paste were common meals. In ancient China, street food generally catered to the poor, however, wealthy residents would send servants to buy street food and bring it back for them to eat in their homes.

The process in making youtiao.
#Dubsmash #Rapp Youtiao
Making youtiao for breakfast.
This video shows you how to pronounce Youtiao
Now it's too late to be using my mind
To reason with you would be far too kind
It's all coming down like the dark on the town
The cold stings my tearstained face
So now it's all over, it's much too late to say 'Oh no'
I try not to echo everyone's dream
But they don't exist or so it seems
They just live inside of me
But it's too dark I can never ever see you
And now it's all over, it's much too late to say 'Oh no'
Oh, she looked so lovely, standing on her own
Oh, she looked so lonely, standing all alone
She looked at me as she closed the door
A stare so cold, but what for?
I fell in love as she crossed the floor
I need her now but she hates me more
And now it's all over, it's much too late to say 'Oh no'
Oh, she looked so lovely, standing on her own
Oh, she looked so lonely, standing all alone
Oh, she left me lonely, standing on my own
She takes her pass so quickly
