Salman Khurshid, both Members of Parliament and Advocates, Supreme Court of India along with Dr. Manish Arora, Director, UILS and Advocate, Supreme Court of India, and Sh. Lokendra Malik, Advocate, Supreme Court of India, shared the dais.

iii. State Created Property: State’s recognition of property creates it.
iv. Metaphysical Theory: Realisation of man thru control of (his) property.
v. Historical Theory: Stages of development of ownership:

vi. Psychological Theory: Psychological need of ownership is recognized by law to prevent social conflict.
vii. Functional Theory: Different concept of right to property for different function of property. Growth, equitable distribution, incentive are protected.

d. Trust: Ownership (trustee) and benefit (beneficiary) are seperated.
