"Did I not just advise you that you cannot be sitting right here?" This city employee, an "ambassador" was trying to tell 2 men, one a 7/11 employee and the other a visitor to the city, that they could not sit down. Actually these men had ducked into some store front to escape a sudden downpour that had lasted quite sometime and the "visitor" had decided to squat, and I suppose that this was his second time harassing the visitor to this fine city. The "ambassador" was set straight, the good people educated and everyone maintained integrity and honor... After filming, I thanked the man who was initially approached and while he moved his jacket raised and revealed handcuffs...these so called ambassadors should not profile, assume fictitious authority...etc...for they are not actually trained to recognize and differentiate and most likely will be a liability to themselves , others and their employer...Prejudice and discrimination blinds and is a cause of errors . The thing that always catches their attention is the consequence of their actions pointed out at the end.Whether the policy is instigated and promoted by the corporation and it's employees does not change the fact that if they view this for one reason or another as a liability they will more than likely sacrifice the lowly minion. If a person in office (such as a Judge,President, CEO, Police Officer,Lawyer...etc) fails in their duty or commits fraud, an affected human can CLAIM and thus lawfully ACQUIRE any BONDS or Security Funds that hold/held that person in office. Failure to provide this information constitutes corporate and limited liability insurance fraud (15 USC) and is prim-a-facie evidence and grounds to impose a lien upon the official personally to secure their public oath and service of office. All corporate government is based upon Commercial Affidavits, Commercial Contracts, Commercial Liens and Commercial Distresses, hence, governments cannot exercise the power to expunge commercial processes. The Legitimate Political Power of a corporate entity is absolutely dependent upon its possession of Commercial Bonds against Public Hazard, because no Bond means no responsibility, means no power of Official signature, means no real corporate political power, means no privilege to operate statutes as the corporate vehicle.
