Colonel Bearden is a leading conceptualist in alternate energy technologies, electromagnetic bio-effects, unified field theory concepts, and other related areas. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the US Army and holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. At the time of this interview, he was CEO of CTEC, Inc., Director of the Association of Distinguished American Scientists, and Fellow Emeritus of the Alpha Foundation's Institute for Advanced Study. In Colonel Bearden's testimony he speaks extensively about how it is possible to derive useable energy from the vacuum without violating any currently known laws of physics. He and others have built electromechanical devices which actually demonstrate this technology. He also explains how certain powers would rather keep this technology from becoming widely known outside of small esoteric circles. Time is running out however because our Earth does not have enough oil and coal reserves to last even for this generation. He explains how our top minds and scientists must first recognize then rally around an effort to solve this energy problem before 2004.

An atom is mostly empty space, but empty space is mostly not empty. The reason it looks empty is because electrons and photons don't interact with the stuff that is there, quark and gluon field fluctuations.
It actually takes energy to clear out space and make a true 'empty' vacuum. This seems incredibly counter-intuitive but we can make an analogy to a permanent magnet. When at low energies, like at room temperature, there is a magnetic field around the magnet due to the alignment of all the magnetic moments of the atoms. But if you add some energy to it by heating it, the particles gain thermal energy, which above the Curie temperature makes their magnetic moments randomly oriented and hence destroying the magnetic field. So in this case energy is needed to clear out the field, just as in the quantum vacuum.

This is Tom Valone's amazing video lecture Zero-Point Energy Extraction from the Quantum Vacuum (2004) where he gives a great overview of the various methods to extract free energy directly from the quantum vacuum to power our homes and machines.
Today we face a destabilizing dependency on irreplaceable fossil fuels which are also rapidly dwindling. A real need exists for a portable source of power that can compete with fossil fuel and its energy density. A further need exists for a fuelless source of power which, by definition, does not require re-fueling. One possible source could be zero-point energy (ZPE).
A major feasibility study by Valone's Integrity Research Institute placed its emphasis on the practical potential for ZPE energy conversion, especially in view of recent advances in nanotechnology, than in the theory. With primary reference to the works of Casimir, Pinto, Mead and Milonni, key principles for the proposed extraction of energy for useful work are identified and analyzed. These principles fall into the thermodynamic, fluidic, mechanical, and electromagnetic areas of primary, forcelike quantities that apply to all energy systems. A search of ZPE literature reveals that these principles also apply to the quantum level.

Anderson holds a degree in Software Engineering from the Chubb Institute (class of 1999). Lecturer on Non-Conventional Energy and Propulsion Systems since July, 1990 at the International Tesla Society Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Build and operates non-conventional energy and propulsion systems since the late 1980s. In June, 2000, Anderson demonstrated working TT Brown Flying Discs (US. Pat. No. 2,949,550, ELECTROKINETIC APPARATUS) at the Second International Antigravity conference, in Reno, Nevada (hosted by James Cox of ANTIGRAVITY AND SPACEDRIVE NEWS). He wrote a paper on Antigravity technology (BEAMSHIP TECHNOLOGY: A Re-Working of Early 20th Century Discoveries) at the Institute for New Energy (INE) symposium in late August, 2002, Salt Lake City, Utah. He also presented a three-meter diameter (full-scale) mockup model of Searl Inverse Gravity Vehicle and lectured alongside Professor John RR Searl two years ago at the TeslaTech2010 conference and exposition. He is a lecturer on antigravity and the Searl Effect Generator and Tesla Technology every year since 2009 at the Tesla Days Tesla Foundation conferences in Philadelphia and has given a lecture and demo of antigravity propulsion for MUFON.

Vacuum energy is an underlying background energy that exists in space even when the space is devoid of matter (free space). The concept of vacuum energy has been deduced from the concept of virtual particles, which is itself derived from the energy-time uncertainty principle. The effects of vacuum energy can be experimentally observed in various phenomena such as spontaneous emission, the Casimir effect, the van der Waals bonds[citation needed] and the Lamb shift, and are thought to influence the behavior of the Universe on cosmological scales. Using the upper limit of the cosmological constant, the vacuum energy in a cubic meter of free space has been estimated to be 10−9Joules. However, in both Quantum Electrodynamics (QED) and Stochastic Electrodynamics (SED), consistency with the principle of Lorentz covariance and with the magnitude of the Planck Constant requires it to have a much larger value of 10113 Joules per cubic meter.

An atom is mostly empty space, but empty space is mostly not empty. The reason it looks empty is because electrons and photons don't interact with the stuff that is there, quark and gluon field fluctuations.
It actually takes energy to clear out space and make a true 'empty' vacuum. This seems incredibly counter-intuitive but we can make an analogy to a permanent magnet. When at low energies, like at room temperature, there is a magnetic field around the magnet due to the alignment of all the magnetic moments of the atoms. But if you add some energy to it by heating it, the particles gain thermal energy, which above the Curie temperature makes their magnetic moments randomly oriented and hence destroying the magnetic field. So in this case energy is needed to clear out the field, just as in the quantum vacuum.

This is Tom Valone's amazing video lecture Zero-Point Energy Extraction from the Quantum Vacuum (2004) where he gives a great overview of the various methods to extract free energy directly from the quantum vacuum to power our homes and machines.
Today we face a destabilizing dependency on irreplaceable fossil fuels which are also rapidly dwindling. A real need exists for a portable source of power that can compete with fossil fuel and its energy density. A further need exists for a fuelless source of power which, by definition, does not require re-fueling. One possible source could be zero-point energy (ZPE).
A major feasibility study by Valone's Integrity Research Institute placed its emphasis on the practical potential for ZPE energy conversion, especially in view of recent advances in nanotechnology, than in the theory. With primary reference to the works of Casimir, Pinto, Mead and Milonni, key principles for the proposed extraction of energy for useful work are identified and analyzed. These principles fall into the thermodynamic, fluidic, mechanical, and electromagnetic areas of primary, forcelike quantities that apply to all energy systems. A search of ZPE literature reveals that these principles also apply to the quantum level.

Anderson holds a degree in Software Engineering from the Chubb Institute (class of 1999). Lecturer on Non-Conventional Energy and Propulsion Systems since July, 1990 at the International Tesla Society Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Build and operates non-conventional energy and propulsion systems since the late 1980s. In June, 2000, Anderson demonstrated working TT Brown Flying Discs (US. Pat. No. 2,949,550, ELECTROKINETIC APPARATUS) at the Second International Antigravity conference, in Reno, Nevada (hosted by James Cox of ANTIGRAVITY AND SPACEDRIVE NEWS). He wrote a paper on Antigravity technology (BEAMSHIP TECHNOLOGY: A Re-Working of Early 20th Century Discoveries) at the Institute for New Energy (INE) symposium in late August, 2002, Salt Lake City, Utah. He also presented a three-meter diameter (full-scale) mockup model of Searl Inverse Gravity Vehicle and lectured alongside Professor John RR Searl two years ago at the TeslaTech2010 conference and exposition. He is a lecturer on antigravity and the Searl Effect Generator and Tesla Technology every year since 2009 at the Tesla Days Tesla Foundation conferences in Philadelphia and has given a lecture and demo of antigravity propulsion for MUFON.

Magnetic motors are some of the most interesting BE devices being researched and developed today. Speaker Russell Anderson will delve into the topic, discussing the wealth of knowledge he has gained from working with these devices throughout his career.
BIO
Anderson holds a degree in Software Engineering from the Chubb Institute (class of 1999). Lecturer on Non-Conventional Energy and Propulsion Systems since July, 1990 at the International Tesla Society Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Build and operates non-conventional energy and propulsion systems since the late 1980s. In June, 2000, Anderson demonstrated working TT Brown Flying Discs (US. Pat. No. 2,949,550, ELECTROKINETIC APPARATUS) at the Second International Antigravity conference, in Reno, Nevada (hosted by James Cox of ANTIGRAVITY AND SPACEDRIVE NEWS). He wrote a paper on Antigravity technology (BEAMSHIP TECHNOLOGY: A Re-Working of Early 20th Century Discoveries) at the Institute for New Energy (INE) symposium in late August, 2002, Salt Lake City, Utah. He also presented a three-meter diameter (full-scale) mockup model of Searl Inverse Gravity Vehicle and lectured alongside Professor John RR Searl two years ago at the TeslaTech2010 conference and exposition. He is a lecturer on antigravity and the Searl Effect Generator and Tesla Technology every year since 2009 at the Tesla Days Tesla Foundation conferences in Philadelphia and has given a lecture and demo of antigravity propulsion for MUFON.

Zero-point energy, also called quantum vacuum zero-point energy, is the lowest possible energy that a quantum mechanical physical system may have; it is the energy of its ground state. All quantum mechanical systems undergo fluctuations even in their ground state and have an associated zero-point energy, a consequence of their wave-like nature. The uncertainty principle requires every physical system to have a zero-point energy greater than the minimum of its classical potential well. This results in motion even at absolute zero. For example, liquid helium does not freeze under atmospheric pressure at any temperature because of its zero-point energy.

As they admit in their books, when they use the word “nothing” they mean the quantum vacuum, which is an energy field with particles briefly popping into existence, and then vanishing ... Anything that is subject to entropy is changing from a relative abundance of usable energy to an absence of usable energy. If it was infinitely old, it would have run out of usable energy long before it could make our finitely-old universe....
