The Young Ones is a British sitcom, broadcast in the United Kingdom from 1982 to 1984 in two six-part series. Shown on BBC2, it featured anarchic, offbeat humour which helped bring alternative comedy to television in the 1980s and made household names of its writers and performers. In 1985, it was shown on MTV, one of the first non-music television shows on the fledgling channel. In a 2004 poll, it ranked at number 31 in the BBC's list of Britain's Best Sitcoms.
The series was met with complete disbelief when the BBC first saw it, but thanks to the beginning of Channel 4 they decided to air it.
The series originated on London's comedy club circuit in the early 1980s, where most of the cast had gained popularity at The Comedy Store. Alexei Sayle was the prominent act, drawing attention as the manic, aggressive compere. Adrian Edmondson and Rik Mayall worked as the double act 20th Century Coyote, which later became The Dangerous Brothers. Nigel Planer was in a double act with Peter Richardson called "The Outer Limits".
Young Ones (UK title Bad Land: Road to Fury) is a 2014 action science fiction film directed and written by Jake Paltrow. The film was released on October 17, 2014 in the United States.
In a post-drought apocalypse United States, people kill for water. Ernest Holm lives with his son Jerome and daughter Mary in their small townhouse and field. His wife has been involved in an accident earlier and is now permanently hospitalized in a facility where she can walk while wired to a special frame. While everyone else has left the area, Ernest and his family remain, as Ernest believes that the land will grow once more if only there is irrigation. Ernest gets water for his family by delivering supplies to the "water men" who extract water from deep wells through a government deal. When his mule breaks its legs and he has to kill it, Ernest goes to Sam Lever's auction house and buys a robotic carrier machine called Simulit Shadow ("Sim") to replace it, beating the offers of Flem Lever, Sam's son, a young, troubled man who has been seeing Mary without Ernest's consent.
In linguistics, a numeral is a member of a word class (or sometimes even a part of speech) designating numbers, such as the English word 'two' and the compound 'seventy-seven'.
Numerals may be attributive, as in two dogs, or pronominal, as in I saw two (of them).
Many words of different parts of speech indicate number or quantity. Quantifiers do not enumerate, or designate a specific number, but give another, often less specific, indication of amount. Examples are words such as every, most, least, some, etc. There are also number words which enumerate but are not a distinct part of speech, such as 'dozen', which is a noun, 'first', which is an adjective, or 'twice', which is an adverb. Numerals enumerate, but in addition have distinct grammatical behavior: when a numeral modifies a noun, it may replace the article: the/some dogs played in the park → twelve dogs played in the park. (Note that *dozen dogs played in the park is not grammatical, so 'dozen' is not a numeral.)
"Seventeen" is a single released by the American rock band Winger, from their album Winger. Released in 1988, the song charted at No. 26 on the Billboard Hot 100. Despite its pop metal sound, Kip Winger points out that the tune is musically a Progressive song and that it is actually quite challenging to play and sing simultaneously. Along with Headed for a Heartbreak, it is Winger's most popular song for which they are most remembered.
The B-side for this single was the album cut "Hangin' On."
It is featured on the video games, Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s for PlayStation 2 and Saints Row for the Xbox 360.
The song was named the 87th best hard rock song of all time by VH1.
On the show Beavis & Butt-Head, Butt-Head comments that this is the theme song for Joey Buttafuoco, who was then known in those times through the Amy Fisher scandal.
Seventeen (Hangul: 세븐틴), also stylized as SEVENTEEN or SVT is a South Korean boy group formed by Pledis Entertainment. The thirteen-member group is separated into three different units with different areas of specialization: a hip-hop unit, a vocal unit and a performance unit. The group's members are deeply involved in the evolution of their discography, including the composition and production of their tracks and the development of their choreographies.
In 2013, Pledis Entertainment began the regular live broadcasting of a program called 17 TV on the online streaming platform UStream. During various broadcasts, fans were invited to watch Seventeen as they trained in their practice room. The show had different 'seasons' in which Pledis unveiled their trainees to the public, some ending in their own Like Seventeen Concerts.
On April 19, 2015, Pledis Entertainment began releasing teasers for Seventeen's first reality show, Seventeen Project: Big Debut Plan on a major broadcasting channel, MBC Entertainment. The first episode premiered on May 2, 2015 and the show ended on May 26 with the live debut showcase.

The Young Ones may refer to:
We are the ones you call uneducated, we´re jaded, ill-fated.
Take a look around cause we´re not separated, you hate it, we crave it.
Going the distance, with a show of resistance.
try and do an number, christ I´ll put you under.
We are the ones you said we´re going nowhere. No hope there.
You said we don´t care.
Adjust your fucking mind cause we aint fucking dying. Stop prying.
Stop crying.
