He insisted it’s offensive and unhelpful, but Kelly passionately argued, “Even if you hate her message, she was promoting free speech.” She very blatantly rebutted what O’Reilly said, told Fowler he’s “fundamentally confused and wrong,” and ended the segment by saying, “I’m concerned about the America you would have us live in.” Fox News host Megyn Kelly is fired up about what Pamela Geller called "the language of the conquered" -- self-censorship imposed via fear by violent extremists. Radio host Richard Fowler finds himself agreeing with Bill O'Reilly that "it is stupid to insult the entire Muslim world" and their religious holy figures, lest they provoke violence, and Megyn Kelly can only respond: "Wow. Richard, I am concerned about the America you would have us live in. That is not the way it was set up." "It is just like going into a theater and yelling out fire, or going into a black church and yelling out the n-word" says Fowler of the idea of hosting a draw-Mohammed contest. "Freedom of speech comes with limits. This is a clear limit." "No," says Kelly. "You are fundamentally confused and wrong. And the U.S. Supreme Court has been very clear on this... I'm telling you this is protected speech." "This is not about case law, this is about common sense," comes the reply. "It is a complete and utter loss of common sense. It doesn't make any sense, why would you paint a caricature of another person's god and say it is ok and laugh at it, and expect them not to respond?" "You're putting the cart before the horse," he continues. "If they never had that event, the jihadis would have never shown up, it is the cart before the horse. It is that simple." "Wow" says Megyn Kelly. "When people exercise their first amendment rights, and two jihadis show up to murder them, the relevant question at that time is not what were they saying... The more offensive the speech is Richard, the more protection it needs. That is how the first amendment works... I am concerned about the America you would have us live in. That is not the way it was set up." Fowler says he wants "to live in an America where everybody accepts everybody and doesn't make fun of their respective gods." Where is the swarm of agents in San Francisco?” “Then there was Freddie Gray in Baltimore, a repeat drug offender who was killed in police custody. On Wednesday, both Jessa and Jill were revealed as two of the four Duggar sisters Josh Duggar had molested when he was a teenager. Both Duggar sisters corroborated what their parents said, and admitted they were shocked at first. It took a while but they made the choice to forgive their brother and move on. And both Jessa and Jill believe their parents handled everything the right way. In part two of an exclusive interview on Fox’s The Kelly Files, Duggar daughters Jessa Siebold and Jill Dillard, defended their brother Josh, saying he is not a “child molester or a pedophile or a rapist” despite the fact that he molested them when they were ten and twelve, respectively. Wednesday night Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar sat down with host Megyn Kelly, and talked about how they felt they had failed when a tearful 14-year-old Josh Duggar reportedly came to them in 2002 and said he had touched his sisters “inappropriately.” Despite their efforts to prevent it from happening again, there was a series of incidents that continued into 2003. Victims included four of the younger Duggar girls and a young woman identified only as a babysitter. Friday night sisters Jill and Jessa spoke with Kelly, identifying themselves as two of Josh’s victims. Duggers tell Fox’s Megyn Kelly: It was ‘nothing like rape,’ it was ‘just inappropriate touching’. Jim Bob, Michelle Duggar Open Up to Megyn Kelly About Their Son Josh Molesting His Sisters. The first time it happened, they explained, was when their son came to them, crying and saying he had touched his young sisters when they were asleep. Michelle Duggar said, “We had one ray of hope in that Josh had a tender conscience.” There were more instances afterwards, Jim Bob Duggar said, in which their son had inappropriately touched his sisters over their clothes and “a couple of instances where he touched them under their clothes, but it was like a few seconds.” And, as he noted, his son’s victims didn’t seem to understand what had happened to them until it was subsequently explained to them. Megyn Kelly Presses Duggars on ‘Preaching About Moral Values’ Hypocrisy They got very emotional as they spoke to Duggar about how they felt they failed as parents and how they came to the decision to send their son Josh to get therapy. Later on, Kelly brought up 19 Kids and Counting––which has been pulled but not cancelled by TLC––and asked, “What would make you launch a reality TV show about your family, given this past?” Jim Bob Duggar said they weren’t worried because the records were sealed and they had dealt with all this years ago. Kelly also brought up the charges of hypocrisy, given how strongly the Duggars had been preaching conservative family values. Jim Bob Duggar said that what his son did was “inexcusable but it was not unforgivable,” while Michelle Duugar said, “There’s an agenda and there’s people that are purposing to try to bring things out and twisting them to hurt and slander.” “I do want to speak up in his defense against people who are calling him a child molester or a pedophile or a rapist, some people are saying,” Jessa told Kelly. “I’m like, ‘That is so overboard and a lie really.’ I mean people get mad at me for saying that, but I can say this because I was one of the victims.” Asked by Kelly, if they felt that the “backlash” against them was because of “who you are and what you stand for,” the Christian couple looked at each other before Michelle Duggar said, “I think somehow they do.” Kelly then directed the conversation away from the molestation, and into a discussion of the Duggar’s aggressive form of Christianity. “Christianity is not about being perfect or about being a perfect family, but it’s actually about being forgiven,” Jim Bob explained. “And so I think, as people on the outside think, ‘Well, Christians are supposed to be perfect. Fox's Megyn Kelly leaned on Ann Coulter's new racist, anti-immigration book to defend presidential candidate Donald Trump's disparaging comments about Hispanic immigrants. During his June 16 campaign launch, Republican candidate Donald Trump characterized Mexican immigrants as criminals and "rapists," saying, "When Mexico sends its people ... they're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists." Trump claimed that "the U.S. has become a dumping ground for everybody else's problems." In an attempt to explain his remarks, which have incited widespread backlash among Hispanic activists and Trump's business associates, Fox host Megyn Kelly turned to Ann Coulter, whose new book, Adios America!, echoes white nationalist and anti-immigrant extremist talking points. On the June 29 edition of The Kelly File, the host cited Coulter's statistics during an exchange with Fox's Howard Kurtz and Geraldo Rivera, in an attempt to rebut criticism of Trump's racist comments. KURTZ: What a lot of people hear -- even when Trump goes over the top -- they like the fact that he doesn't apologize. They like the fact that he doesn't parse his words like most politicians. The average politician would have backed off and clarified many times by now. But Trump gets away with it because he strikes a chord. KELLY: Well, I mean, Ann Coulter has got a whole book out right now that makes this point. Now granted, she's not running for president. But she -- RIVERA: Nor would she ever be elected with that point of view -- KELLY: But she cites data that does support the fact that some, obvious, immigrants who come across the borders do turn out to be criminals, and that's -- RIVERA: I researched it tonight -- KELLY: None? No immigrants turn out to be criminals? RIVERA: I never said that. Undocumented immigrants commit crimes at a lower rate than the citizen population of the United States. And on July 1, Kelly hosted Coulter to debate Rivera on the merits of Trump's comments. Coulter argued that the "most important point is these are not people who have a right to be here, so I don't care if they are two rapists," claiming, "It's a fact that only about a third of California prisoners are white." In her book, Coulter calls immigrants "criminal[s]" and argues that immigration is a "war technique" to change America. In the past, Coulter has described immigrants as "people from backward, primitive cultures," and said that immigrants are a bigger threat to America than ISIS. According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, Coulter's new book cites a long list of racist and white nationalist extremists, repeatedly referencing the conservative anti-immigration think tank Center for Immigration Studies. Coulter's other sources include Peter Brimelow, the English white nationalist who founded the racist blog VDARE and Robert Spencer, co-founder of the anti-Muslim hate group Stop Islamization of America. In fact, Coulter has credited Brimelow with inspiring her anti-immigration views. Though NBC severed ties with Trump following his remarks, Fox has continued to rally around the candidate and regular network guest -- Bill O'Reilly even suggested that Trump was "actually highlighting a problem ... that is harming the nation."

[Part 2 of 2] Megyn Kelly sits down with the Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar to discuss their son Josh inappropriately touching a few of their daughters while they slept. Josh had just turned 14. This was in the early 2000's. The Duggar parents said that the girls didn't know anything about it because he had snuck in the room while they were sleeping. Josh had come to his parents and told them what he had done and said it was because he was curious about girls. The Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar they discussed it with their friends to see what they thought they should do. They sent them away for counseling to help him. The Michelle and Jim Bob said the girls knew nothing about it. Then Josh admitted that he had done it again. He had done this to 4 sisters and the babysitter. Josh and the parents went to the police and told the police what he had done. All the kids had professional counseling and Josh apologized to each of the girls. In 2006 Oprah wanted to interview the Duggar's and someone slipped Oprah a note saying they were not as innocent as they seemed. Oprah called the police and the police interviewed the 5 victims and all said they did not know anything about it at the time, they had all had counseling, Josh had apologized and they all said it had never happened again. The Duggars are Christians and have spoken out against transgender boys using the girls bathroom and LBGT groups tried to get their reality show pulled before, like they had tried to do with A&E;'s , Duck Dynasty, but the show "19 Kids and Counting" was so popular that TLC refused to pull the show. Since Josh was a minor, the police records were sealed and all the victims did not want this brought out but the Springdale police chief released the report to In Touch magazine based on the Freedom of Information Act which was completely illegal since Josh and the victims were all minors at the time. Megyn Kelly asked Michelle and Jim Bob feel like they are being targeted and they said they do feel like they feel like they are being punished and attacked. The Duggar's said their entire family is being victimized now more than they were before because they kids didn't even know what had happened and now they are all being attacked by the media and the kids are all aware of it and hurt by what the media is doing to them. Megyn Kelly sits down with 2 of the Duggar girls, Jill and Jessa Duggar, who were victims of their brother, Josh Duggar's inappropriate touching 12 years ago. Megyn Kelly repeatedly drills them on what happened when their brother touched them. In true Megyn Kelly's form, she pushes to get her ratings and uses the word " molestation" over and over and over again. She asks the girls if anyone else in the family ever touched them. Megyn Kelly asks them why they put themselves out there for a reality show and the girls replied that this happened 5 yrs before the reality show and to their family, it was in the past. Jessa described the "molestation" as a "quick feel" and it was with clothes on and the victims were sleeping. They did not know that it had happened. After the investigation from DHS, the investigator said that the parents had handled this better than anyone else that they had ever investigated and ruled that the Duggar house was a safe place for the kids. Megyn Kelly brought the Jill to tears as Jill described how she has had to see this story plastered on the tabloids and the lies that are being told. Megyn Kelly asked her if she was crying from the shame. Jill responded that she was crying because of the lies that are being told and that they are the victims and they know what is being said, is not true. The 2 girls feel violated over the exploitation of this story with the media and sensationalizing it for profit. Jessa said that she believes that people who do not like their family are the ones who are exploiting it. Megyn Kelly asked if they would have supported prosecuting Josh Duggar and the girls discussed their counseling they all went through in order to move past what happened. They said that the last 2 weeks have been 1,000 times worse than what had happened 12 yrs ago.

Wednesday on Fox News Channel’s “The Kelly File,” host Megyn Kelly went after former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for the evolving scandal that while head of the State Department, Clinton exclusively emailed all official State Department emails using her private email account with private servers maintained at her residence. Kelly noted that means whether or not Clinton is in compliance with the Federal Records Act is determined by the “word of the Clinton team. “That’s not how it’s supposed to work,” she continued. “The federal agencies are supposed to have all these documents. They’ll screen them. They’ll take out the personal ones. Someone could be held accountable. Right now it’s just Hillary’s people whose word upon which we apparently must rely.” She added, “It’s not just the — you can have private email, it’s what you do with the email thereafter is what’s the problem. Federal law makes it a crime punishable by up to three years in prison if someone has records and “willfully and unlawfully conceals or destroys such records.” Did she conceal those records for years when those seven committees were demanding to see her personal correspondence?” After running a clip of Hillary Clinton criticizing the Bush Administration over secret emails, Kelly continued, “What a hypocrite. It’s obvious.” Kelly ended the segment, which featured Fox News White House correspondent Ed Henry, Judge Andrew Napolitano and “The Five” co-host Dana Perino, by speaking directly to a State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf. “Tonight, they will not be going back and examining whether her [Clinton’s] e-mails were produced in response to FOIA, Freedom of Information requests that have already come in,” she said. “I have news for you Marie.
