THE health department has cancelled the leave of doctors and paramedics posted in different state healthcare facilities in Bhagalpur district on August 31 and September 1 in view of PM Narendra Modi’s rally at Bhagalpur on September 1. A directive has also been issued to PHCs and other government-run hospitals, including JLNMCH, to keep stock of life-saving drugs. At least 50 beds at JLNMCH have been reserved for exigencies on the two days.
