In her very first assignment as a tv investigative reporter, an intrepid young woman named Anasuya uncovers child slave labour exploitation by a prominent politician. She cleverly outfoxes Anand, a would-be amorous police inspector assigned to the special task force, into inadvertently revealing that some wacko has been murdering women -- removing one, always different, body part from each corpse before leaving behind a single red rose. The police belief that the killer only targets women is abruptly shattered when Anasuya's elderly male landlord is killed ... and Anasuya witnesses the killer fleeing the scene. Anasuya and Anand must work together to identify the suspect and prevent him from killing more people. But nothing is quite as it seems! Will Anasuya and Anand succeed in finding the killer before he kills them? Why is the serial killer on this peculiar path? And what is the unexpected connection with young Lakshmi?

Bombay-based criminal don, Mustafa, was the very man who introduced Lukka to the criminal world. This was the starting point for Lukka, for, unlike Mustafa, who didn't deal in ammunition, fire-arms, and drugs, there was no limit. And soon Lukka had his own followers, who eventually other-threw Mustafa, making him the uncrowned king of the underworld. People who were foolish enough to oppose Lukka were easily disposed off. For instance, Mustafa had his arms cut off; Tandya was shot dead; Police Inspector Shankar was dismissed from service, and imprisoned; Air Force Pilot Arjun was dishonorably discharged and then court-martial-ed. Now there is no one left to oppose Lukka and his followers, who are all set to do what they like - no limits whatsoever.

Then a police inspector gets Johny to meet his biological mother, Mary. The three friends rejoice over this good fortune. Then Johny finds out that Advocate Verma was behind the atrocities that were inflicted on his mom years ago, and he goes there to confront Verma, only to come against an enraged Govinda, who cannot believe his father is capable of committing any atrocities against anyone. It is now up to Iqbal to find a solution to end the enmity between Govinda and Johny, before DK takes advantage of this situation.

Meanwhile, Arjun and Pyare have a double role named Bade Miyan (Amitabh Bachchan) and Chote Miyan (Govinda), who are robbers. Any robbery or mishap created by them, the blame is by default, transferred to Arjun and Pyare and are hence arrested. The police commissioner, Shyamlal (Anupam Kher), is also stunned by this and hence wants to get to the matter in detail. Bade Miyan and Chote Miyan are misunderstood as police officers by Seema and Neha. Things go hillarious in this entire confusion. Will Arjun and Pyare prove themselves as innocent?
