Products eligible for international shipping may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. To shop for items that are eligible for international shipping, use the "Ships Global" filter on the left side of our product pages, and add items to your cart. Or look for this icon next to eligible items:

At checkout, once you have entered a valid international shipping address, the shopping cart will update with shipping cost, delivery estimate and Import Fees Deposit (see below).

Note that prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars.

If you add an item to your cart which is not eligible for international shipping, you will be prompted to remove the item before proceeding through checkout.

Shipping rates will vary based on order size, weight, and destination. Shipping cost for your order will be calculated at checkout. Oversized or bulky items may need to be separated into multiple shipments. Estimated delivery times will also be provided at checkout.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. For more information, read about Import Fees Deposit below. By shipping internationally, you are subject to our International Shipping Terms & Conditions (below).

Restrictions
Some products cannot be shipped internationally. Items that qualify for international shipping feature a "SHIPS GLOBAL" icon on their product pages. If you add an ineligible item to your cart and your shipping destination is outside the United States, you will be prompted to remove it before proceeding through checkout.

In addition, the following special offerings, programs, and services are not available to international shipping addresses:

NOTE: While many DVDs and Blu-ray discs may be shipped internationally, most DVDs sold by us are encoded for Region 1 (U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, and Bermuda); most Blu-ray discs for Region A/1 (North America, Central America, South America, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia).
Import Fees Deposit
We offer customers a unique service: duty and tax ("Import Fees") estimation during checkout and customs clearance on your behalf for certain eligible countries.

When products are shipped to eligible countries, an estimate of the Import Fees will be levied on the items in your order. With your authorization, these funds are used by the carrier or another agent to pay the Import Fees on your behalf (or the recipient's behalf) to the appropriate authorities of the destination country ("Import Fees Deposit"). The payment of Import Fees is the responsibility of the importer and is levied based on the laws of the country into which the products are being shipped.

The Import Fees Deposit is an estimation of the taxes and duties that may apply and isn't an actual calculation. Customs regulations and tax rates applicable to certain goods may change between the date the taxes and duties were estimated and the applicable taxes and duties on the date of import into the destination country. The duty or tax rate is often determined by the classification of a good, which varies by country and region.

You won't be charged additional fees if the actual Import Fees exceed the Import Fees Deposit we estimated. If the actual Import Fees (paid by the carrier on behalf of the recipient to the customs and tax authorities of the destination country) are less than the Import Fees Deposit collected by us on your behalf, you'll automatically be refunded the difference to the payment method you used for the order. You'll receive a notification e-mail confirming the amount of the refund. The process takes 60 days from the shipment date.

NOTE: The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there's a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers.
International Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items shipped internationally, in exchange for a full refund of the purchase price. You may return eligible items at your own expense using any trackable and insured shipping method to:

The original packing slip must be included in your shipment for our team to process your return. Any returned item must not have been used or have expired. It must be in the same condition you received it, and in the original box and/or packaging.

Using a Freight Forwarder
Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in complications that are not covered by us. If a freight forwarder is used, the following terms will apply:

  • We will not be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to the freight forwarder. This means that we are not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any goods delivered to a freight forwarder. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
  • You (or the freight forwarder if you so designate) become the exporter of the goods and are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. We must not be listed on any export or import documentation (e.g., import or export declarations, invoices, packing lists, etc.).

Products not offered through our international shipping program and exported by you through a freight forwarder may not be returned. Please see our International Returns section. In addition, you become the exporter and importer of record of the shipment; title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt of the goods at our fulfillment center.
Terms & Conditions
Each item in your order is sold by Quidsi Retail LLC ("Quidsi").

Those items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize Quidsi to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item.

"Import Fees Deposit" represents an estimate of the Import Fees that will be levied on the items in your order for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. By placing your order, you agree to allow Quidsi to collect the Import Fees Deposit for the applicable items in your order. This deposit will be used, on your behalf, to reimburse the Designated Carriers for the import fees that they have paid on your behalf to the appropriate authorities of the destination country.

You further agree that the Designated Carriers may disclose to Quidsi the amount of actual Import Fees levied on the item you have purchased from Quidsi ("Actual Import Fees"). In the event that the Import Fees Deposit exceeds the Actual Import Fees, Quidsi will refund the difference to you.

In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.

To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail.

These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Terms of Use and Account Agreement of our websites. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States.

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Returns

Please note that Quidsi's returns policy for items shipped internationally is different than its returns policy for items shipped within the U.S. Please see International Returns section above for further details.

Limitations
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.
Shipping Times by Country
