Kabīr (also Kabīra) (Hindi: कबीर, Punjabi: ਕਬੀਰ, Urdu: کبير) (1440–1518) was a mystic poet and saint of India, whose writings have greatly influenced the Bhakti movement. The name Kabir comes from Arabic al-Kabīr which means 'The Great' - the 37th name of God in Islam.
Apart from having an important influence on Sikhism, Kabir's legacy is today carried forward by the Kabir Panth ("Path of Kabir"), a religious community that recognizes him as its founder and is one of the Sant Mat sects. Its members, known as Kabir panthis, are estimated to be around 9,600,000. They are spread over north and central India, as well as dispersed with the Indian diaspora across the world, up from 843,171 in the 1901 census. His writings include Bijak, Sakhi Granth, Kabir Granthawali and Anurag Sagar.
Not much is known of Kabir's birth parents, but it is known that he was brought up in a family of Muslim weavers. He was found by a Muslim weaver named Niru and his wife, Nima, in Lehartara, situated in Varanasi. They adopted the boy and taught him the weaver's trade.

I've got a broken sky
Miles above
I talk to every night
It used to be the one to say it's all right
Now it's the setting sun
Every part of me is you
Can we make this black sky blue?
Well maybe I wouldn't be so broken-hearted
If you were still here with me
Love is just a disease
I'm taught about it
It only makes me cry
I walk these empty rooms
Half alive
And not the way I knew
Sometimes the silence seems so loud
I hear it in my dreams
Every part of me is you
Can we fill these empty rooms?
Maybe I wouldn't be so broken-hearted
If you were still here with me
Love is just a disease
I'm taught about it
It only makes me cry, ohhh...
Every part of me is you
Can we make this black sky blue?
Well maybe I wouldn't be so broken-hearted
If you were still here with me
Love is just a disease
I'm taught about it
It only makes me cry... oooh...
We always fail to say what's on our minds
Holding us closer to the things we've left behind
Who would think that it would take this long
You're fooling yourself pretending nothings wrong
To have it all
And not relate
To have it all your way
Its about where we started and what we became
Ever changing but we stay the same
Sing it again sing it again until it's over
Sing it again sing it again until it's over
Changes wash upon your open shore
Tell me what it is you're searching for
Your painted walls they always serve you well
Supporting you conscience if you ever fell
To have it all
And not relate
To have it all your way
Its about where we started and what we became
Ever changing but we stay the same
Sing it again sing it again until it's over
Yeaaa

You sold the soul that
Cradled us from the world we were under
Waste machines and politics
Buried the things that we need to discover
Say you will understand
These circumstances
Say you will hold my hand
And we'll take our chances
I can't say when it's all gonna change yeah
I can't say when it's all gonna break yeah
Turn me over
Keep turning me around again
Around again
My four leaf clover
Has fallen on the ground again
The ground again
You paved the road that
Traveled us from the roof we were under
Ashes had blown away
Long before I could dream of another
Say you will understand
These circumstances
Say you will hold my hand
And we'll take our chances
I can't say when it's all gonna change yeah
I can't say when it's all gonna break yeah
Turn me over
Keep turning me around again
Around again
My four leaf clover
Has fallen on the ground again
The ground again
Will you be yourself
When you're not alone
Will you be yourself
And find your own way home
Turn me around
Turn me around
Has fallen to the ground
The ground
I know that things are second rate
Far from great
Without self-security
I know the innocence in you
But is it true
With your hostility
I know it's so unsettled still
And I know you'll do just what you will
Wait for something tomorrow
Tell the world I won't be
Left out again
Late for nothing do I know
What the world will show me
If in doubt again
I know that things are said and done
But who's the one
To break into a frame of mind
And I know the honesty in you
But is it true
Or is it something else to find
I know it's so unsettled still
And I know you'll do just what you will
Wait for something tomorrow
Tell the world I won't be left out again
Late for nothing do I know
What the world will show me if in doubt
Wait for something tomorrow
Tell the world I won't be left out again
Late for nothing do I know
What the world will show me if in doubt again
You think that we can work it out
When you're really not around
Just when I think you lift me up
I swear you kick me when I'm down
And so I give and take
Because I don't know the difference
I'm dead when I'm awake in your world
I don't want to tear inside
I don't want to tear inside
You think that we can work it out
When you're really not around
Just when I think you lift me up
I swear you kick me when I'm down
And so I carry on
Because I won't know the difference
Where do I belong in your world yeah
I don't want to tear inside
I don't want to tear inside
Oh you can't wait til the heart is done
You can't wait til the war is won
I don't want to tear inside
I don't want to tear inside
Inside
Words have fallen on unlistening ears
Through the truths I've followed
Songs were sung over unseasoned years
The purity I borrowed
I don't want to know
About the worries
I don't want to know
If I'm the same
I don't want to know
About the sorries
I don't want to know what's to blame
Wait
You got it all wrong get it right
Your open eyes are losing sight
That it's better just to leave it all
Deafening silence on unlistening ears
Through the words I've spoken
No commitment presenting my fears
Promises were broken
I don't want to know
About the worries
I don't want to know
If I'm the same
I don't want to know
About the sorries
I don't want to know
What's to blame
Wait
You got it all wrong get it right
Your open eyes are losing sight
That it's better just to leave it all
Wake up and roll over
Wake up and say that you're wrong
Wake up and roll over
Wake up and say that you're wrong
Wake up and roll over
Wake up and say that you're wrong
Wait
You got it all wrong get it right
Your open eyes are losing sight
You crush me, with every word, you cut me.
Deeper but I still want more.
If only you could know the real me, maybe you could love me like before.
I, I'm trying hard to understand you.
I'm trying hard not to break.
(Chorus)
You've got me on the run, why'd you kick me out?
Baby, when you say that I'm the one, you still crave attention, not to mention.
What was said is done, you still call me up.
Baby, you're just like a loaded gun.
But I'll take my chances.
You free me, with every touch you kill me.
Then honesty goes out the door.
You phase me, you never cease to amaze me.
You give me all that I've been waiting for.
But I, I'm trying hard to understand you.
I'm trying hard not to break.
(Chorus)
You got me on the run, why'd you kick me out?
Baby, when you say that I'm the one, you still crave attention, not to mention.
What was said is done, you still call me up.
Baby, you're just like a loaded gun.
But I'll take my chances.
(Quiet)
You've got me on the run, why'd you kick me out.
When you say that I'm the one, you still crave attention, not to mention.
What was said is done, you still call me up.
Baby, you're just like a loaded gun.
But I'll take my chances.
(Chorus)
You've got me on the run, why'd you kick me out?
Baby, when you say that I'm the one, you still crave attention, not to mention.
What was said is done, you still call me up.
Baby, you're just like a loaded gun.
But I'll take my chances!
They say everything that I know
That was just another day, another show
And I said hello
Hello down
Hello
Hello down
And I turn on the tv and it's all so overrated
Every time that I look down
Every time I turn away
People keep staring back at me and thinking I'm ok
Every time I turn away
They say that I'm a walking contradiction but I feel ok
They say that everything is alright
That was just another day, another night
And I said hello
Hello down
Hello
Hello down
And I turn on the radio and it's all so overrated
Every time that I look down
Every time I turn away
People keep staring back at me and thinking I'm ok
Every time I turn away
They say that I'm a walking contradiction but I feel ok
And if you see someone else
Maybe it's time that you had nothing else to hide
And I won't wait for you
To find what you've been looking for inside
Every time I turn away
People keep staring back at me and thinking I'm ok
Every time I turn away
I need some motivation
Inside of me
I need a realization
So I can see
I cannot forget the way I'm feeling
I wish I could
I cannot believe the fate I'm sealing
I wish you would
I want some
I need some more
I can't live this way
I want some
I need some more
I can't live this way
Time after time
I lose my mind
I'm lost in contemplation
I can't let it be
I reach for a new salvation
Until I'm free
I cannot forget the way I'm feeling
I wish I could
I cannot believe the fate I'm sealing
I wish you would
I want some
I need some more
I can't live this way
I want some
I need some more
I can't live this way
Time after time
I lose my mind
I talk to you
I say what I want to
But I make no sound
When timing is everything
And I've got all the time in the world
Until your walls come crashing down
I want some
I need some more
I can't live this way
I want some
I need some more
I can't live this way
Time after time
I lose my mind
Inside and out you speak to me
But I'll never ever have the nerve to say it
Inside and out you speak to me
And I'm living with another chance to face it
How can this world be so round
And I'm just the one in the middle
When everything seems so wasted
Something will give
Take your time
And I won't run away thinking it's fine
I won't
I won't
I won't understand
Inside and out you speak to me
But I'll never ever have the nerve to say it
Inside and out you speak to me
And I'm living with another chance to face it
How can this world be so wrong
And I'm just confused in the riddle
When everything seems so wasted
Something will give
Chorus
Inside and out you speak to me
Inside and out you speak to me
Inside and out you speak to me
Inside and out you speak
Chorus
Why am I always around
Why am I always put down
When even the words are rolling
Baby, I'm a fool for falling into you.
I didn't want to see the signs that told me stop.
You're not that into me, apologies won't make it go away.
I don't want sympathy, there's nothing you can say.
(Chorus)
I lay awake at night to a heartbreak lullaby.
I can't sleep, baby, I keep hearing your goodbye.
Like the sweet refrain of a heartbreak lullaby.
It's a f****** drag. (f****** drag)
You don't feel that bad. (you don't feel that bad)
I guess you tried to tell me it was temporary.
You're not that into me, apparently there's someone else around.
I might need therapy so I can tune you out.
(Chorus)
I lay awake at night to a heartbreak lullaby.
I can't sleep, baby, I keep hearing your goodbye.
Like the sweet refrain of a heartbreak lullaby.
You say you're sorry baby.
Well, I would have to agree.
But sorry doesn't mean that much to me! (No no no!)
(Chorus)
I lay awake at night (it just won't go away) to a heartbreak lullaby (don't know why I feel this way)
I can't sleep, baby, I keep hearing your goodbye.
Like the sweet refrain of a heartbreak lullaby.
The sweet refrain of a heartbreak lullaby
Falling apart at the seams is just another way to say I love you.
But you'll never know how I feel.
Maybe you need a little time to clear your head.
Right now I feel so left behind, but I look the other way.
I'm lost when you're gone and I call at 3 in the morning.
I'm trying not to analyze you now.
I never want to let you go.
I never want to lose you.
(Chorus)
Falling apart at the seams is just another way to say I love you.
But you'll never know how I feel.
You bring out the heartache in me.
And it's another way to say I need you.
Will you ever know how I feel?
I try to keep you to myself, but I'm losing faith.
I can't believe the fact that I can't find the words to say.
I see you look through me, and I know you're better without me.
I'm hoping you will give me time, cause I'd never turn away.
I never want to let you go.
I never want to lose you.
(Chorus)
Falling apart at the seams is just another way to say I love you.
But you'll never know how I feel.
You bring out the heartache in me.
And it's another way to say I need you.
Will you ever know how I feel?
Are you ever going to find?
Ever going to see?
Ever going to let it be?
Ever going to take the time to let me in?
Cause I don't want to wait!
I'll never let you go!
(Chorus)
Falling apart at the seams is just another way to say I love you.
But you'll never know how I feel.
You bring out the heartache in me.
And it's another way to say I need you.
Will you ever know how I feel?
I'm falling apart. (I'm falling, I'm falling)
I'm falling apart. (I'm falling, I'm falling)
Cause I don't want to wait. (I'm falling, I'm falling)
I'm falling apart.
How long have I been awake
Because it's so much better
How long have I been asleep
And under the weather
You can see it in my eyes
Because it's so much better
How long have I been awake
Because it's so much better
Even now there's conversation
Even now she speaks
Even now there's conversation
Even now she speaks
How long will I sit and wait
Or does it really matter
How long will I hesitate
To think, to forget her
Oh you fail to realize
And will you ever
How long have I been awake
Because it's so much better
Even now there's conversation
Even now she speaks
Even now there's conversation
Even now she speaks
Words can't deny
Only time
Try harder
For me
Even now there's conversation
Even now she speaks
Even now there's conversation
Believe in me just a little
So I'll be strong
Take our pictures together
So nothing's wrong
They can say what they wanna
I'll be sure
Ever look in the mirror
For something more
Something more
Something more
Even though you're the one leaving
I'm the one who's here believing
In you
By now you don't care at all and I believe it
I breathe the same air as you and it's apparent
Even though it's so much better
By now you don't care at all and I believe it
I leave my words in a letter that I won't read
I lose our pictures forever that I won't need
They will say what they're gonna
I'll be sure
That you will look in the mirror for something more
Something more
Something more
Even though you're the one leaving
I'm the one who's here believing
In you
By now you don't care at all and I believe it
I breathe the same air as you and it's apparent
Even though it's so much better
Y aunque esté mal voy a seguir igual
Y aunque esté mal voy a seguir igual
Me costó reconocer mi voluntad.
Y olor a despedida
Justo a tiempo para confesar
Su secreto de ayer.
Sin pensar empieza a hablar
Y escapa entre sus risas
Una excusa no pedida,
Ahora todos querrán conocer
Por quién suspira Steph.
Bajo cero en la ciudad,
Bajo cero, qué felicidad,
Susurrándome en francés,
Vas a echar en falta a Steph.
Sale Steph a pasear,
Sólo queda acelerar, otro giro y respirar.
A asfalto y humedad.
Jugando a cara o cruz.
Hoy brindamos por los buenos tiempos,
Abrazados, en silencio
Mientras el cielo se tiñe de azul.
Los sonidos del recuerdo
Me invitan a sentir,
Suenan dentro de altavoces viejos,
Quién se va a resistir.
Chicas que hablan con acento extraño
Venden sueños en el baño
Mientras yo escapo sonriendo de allí.
Qué más da
Todo lo que venga después.
Qué más da
Que mi vida esté del revés.
Ahora me parece un instante,
Nada será ya como antes.
Mantener el equilibrio
No se me da tan mal.
Escondido tras mis gafas negras
No me verás llorar.
Tan azul...
Perdidos en el aeropuerto
Oyendo aviones despegar,
Buscando un poco de silencio
Para poder solucionar
En 2 minutos lo que necesita más,
Como siempre, como siempre.
Mentiras de sala de espera,
Retrasos en el monitor,
Un último deseo
Mientras te llaman por el altavoz.
Y repetimos cosas que no son verdad,
Como siempre, como siempre.
Boeing 747 que te vas sin dirección,
Hoy no voy a decirte adiós.
Los dos sabemos qué podemos esperar,
Lo de siempre, lo de siempre.
Perdidos en el aeropuerto
Oyendo aviones despegar.
Te vas volando por el cielo,
I can tell by the way you move your hips
your something baby
your bringin me back to 1974
I follow you down to the ground
where the family man is runnin his train
We.'re going to a place where night never falls
All we fancy, This thing called dancing
Didn't know what it is to not let go
Didn't know how it feels to tell your friend
Didn't know what it is to not let go
Looking for something real
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
Didn't know how it feels to tell your friend
Looking for something real
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
Didn't know what it is to not let go
Looking for something real
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
Didn't know what it is to not let go
Looking for something real
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
Didn't know how it feels to tell your friend
Looking for something real
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
Didn't know what it is to not let go
Looking for something real
More than your eyes can see
More than your eyes can see
Didn't know how it feels to tell your friend
Looking for something real
More than your eyes can see
Somehow She Knew (7: 05)
Words: David Crosby
As the room slid into focus
and he woke up
With room service at the door
And he wondered why he
never spoke up
About all of that fear before
It was standing just an inch
behind him
A shadow stalking by his side
A thing he was afraid would
find him
And wash him away in the tide
And somehow she know why
I was crying
She knew just which fears
I had not faced
In her eyes I could see
Where I was lying to myself
And a path that she gently traced
To where the man in the movie said
Is it all right
If I miss her tonight
And the man felt just like me
They say a wolf in a trap will
chew off his own leg
I guess I did the same
It's what you do with a thing
you can't handle
A picture you just can't frame
And from somewhere deep in that movie
She opened a door in my chest
And delicately took out a death
That had never been laid to rest
And somehow she knew why
I was crying
She knew just which fears I had not faced
In her eyes I could see where
I was lying
To myself
And a path that she gently traced
To where the man in the movie said
Is it all right if I miss her tonight
And the man felt just like me

This dance that we do leaves me breathless
Reeling on the edge of falling down
A lodestone pull that leaves me breathless
Through many lifetimes handed down
And you touch hands
And you taste breath
And you know
You try to walk in step and stumble laughing
You hold each other up to stop the fall
You hold each others eyes like a magnet
And for a moment time just seems to stall
And you touch hands
And you taste breath
And you watch each other
A bell once struck will ring forever
It just gets louder the closer it is held
Love is a bell, once struck will ring forever
It just gets louder the closer it is held
The closer it is held
You lead me like a spirit through the forest
Where I alone would surely fear to go
Safely with my hand on your shoulder
Somehow it's a thing I just know
And you touch hands
And you taste breath
And you watch each other
A bell once struck will ring forever
It just gets louder the closer it is held
Love is a bell, once struck will ring forever
It just gets louder the closer it is held
Somebody Else's Town (5: 15)
Words: David Crosby and Jeff Pevar
Blood is thicker than water
friendship's stronger than fear
love is God's favorite daughter
it's perfectly clear
I can see it tonight
in the comet's faint light
as my heels hit pavement
wet from the light
rain that's coming whispering down
on somebody else's town
A broken down diner
with three people in it
pulls my attention
for half a minute
I think about tryin' to talk
to explain why I'm takin' this walk
Why a simple motel room
can be some kind of hell room
it's making me get up and stalk this way
cause I don't want to say that
I'm down in somebody else's town
I am stronger than this
I have been here before
I am no freakin' kid
in his first taste of war
with the loneliness drifting
around here in
somebody else's town
Music spills out into the street
must be someone in there I could meet
but I think I will telephone home
hear that soft sleepy voice on the phone
keep them awake by the
sound of my talking
tell the truths I found out
walkin' in
somebody else's town

Time is the Final Currency (5: 18)
Time is the final currency
Not money
Not power
The time will come
When you will give
Anything for one more hour
Today I learned
There are no secrets
Only time for them to unfold
And the patience to watch
The scroll of truth
Slowly be unrolled
There is a time to this
There is a flow
There is a tension here
Like a hard bent bow
Ready to send up
Send up another one
Another spark in the night
And suddenly you realize
That this time it is all right
I watched the greatest miracle
Take three quarters of a year
To bring forth life
And tiny breath
For all the world to hear
There is a time to this
There is a flow
There is a tension here
Like a hard bent bow
Ready to send up
Send up another one
Another spark in the night
And suddenly you realize
That this time it is all right

It's All Coming Back to Me Now (3: 50)
Words: Jeff Pevar and David Crosby
I've been through rocky waters
been over the falls
feel like a pilot
in a plane when it stalls
It's all coming back
It's all coming back
It's all coming back
Comin' back to me now
Couldn't read my compass
Can't find my pack
Didn't know if I'd ever
Find my way back
Feel like a deer in the headlights
or a car with no brakes
sometimes leaves me laughing
sometimes my heart aches
It's all coming back (3x)
Comin' back to me now
I get snapped into focus
By that oncoming train
I got too much to lose
I got so much to gain
It's all coming back
It's all coming back
It's all coming back
Comin' back to me now

Yesterday's Child (4: 00)
Words: David Crosby and James Raymond
I know where there's a spring of blood and water
It bubbles up from somewhere
deep in the hearts of man
There have come whirlpools
to this place in recent times
drinking down the breath of brothers
And you might think that it's
your world and the rest of us
should fall away in forty
moons you might find that it belongs
to Yesterday's Child
I wish I had been raised
wild by wolves and padded
through a forest a thousand
years before man
Singing with my clan at two moons or
three echoing across the world
The exact sound of freedom
Repeat chorus
And if you feel that way
face the dark and fight
or keep on dreaming
cause dreams make light
In forty moons you might find
that it belongs to Yesterday's Child

At the Edge (4: 21)
Words: David Crosby
Our grasp is so fragile the thread is so thin
I wonder each day if I'm blowing away
I know that I'm lucky
I wouldn't be here at all if somebody's hand
hadn't been where I stand
at the edge of a very great fall
And like a lighthouse before you at the edge of the sea
the woman whose grip holds when you slip
But the darkness won't get you
Your family won't go
they will make your heart light
to where you know what is right
and you go where you know you should go
And it's life and it's dying
it's beginnings and end
it's what did you do
with the life they gave you?
It's were you the honest, and
did you make amends
To all the ones under your guns
How have you treated your friends

I found a map to buried treasure
I found it deep within your smile
I think that now that I have found it
I will study it
I wear your allegiance like a cloak of trust
Wrapped around the heart of me
And no conditions were discussed
When we joined forces helplessly
Falling inward we were linked by chain
Across the length of rolling sea
Welded by laughter and sealed in pain
Floating love has rescued me
It's trust that holds it anchored
It's the trust takes years to build
Without it there is nothing
Just emptiness unfulfilled
Brick by brick you know we built it up
Built a house to hold a dream
A shape that's rising from the rubble
Where the shaking death had been
I found a map to buried treasure
I found it deep within your smile
I think that now that I have found it
I will study it for a while
No sticks and stones can hurt us
Nor the liars or the thieves
We'll use the stones to ring our garden
And the sticks to gather up the leaves
Brick by brick you know we built it up
Built a house to hold a dream
A shape that's rising from the rubble
Where the shaking death had been
I found a map to buried treasure
I found it deep within your smile
I think that now that I have found it
I will study it
I found a map to buried treasure
I found it deep within your smile
I think that now that I have found it
I will study it a while
I found a map to buried treasure Aaah ...
I found it deep within your smile Aaah ...
I think that now that I have found it Aaah ...
I will study it ... for a while
(David Crosby, Jeff Pevar and James Raymond)
The world will little know nor long remember
Why we fought these battles in the sky
And I am but a servant and a seeker
And I don't feel qualified to tell you why
Anyone should have to take another's life
Any father should find his children and his wife
Gone forever, gone forever
Gone forever, gone forever
The world will give us glimpses through the mist
Moonlit landscapes we can almost see
That feeling when you're alone that you've just been kissed
And you can fly and you shall be free
When we feel that if another page gets turned
We can save us if not one more book gets burned
Gone forever, gone forever
Gone forever, gone forever
I have been walking here for quite a while
And I think I know the path where of I speak
It's a road going up a mountain
And it might not entirely reach the peak
But I know I don't have to know it all
I would just like to see not one more seeker fall
Gone forever, gone forever
Gone forever, gone forever
Gone forever, gone forever
Gone forever, gone forever
That House (5: 25)
Words: David Crosby
You could have heard a pin drop in that house
Someone was crying somewhere
Into a pillow that it wasn't fair
It got lost somewhere
You couldn't take your heart out in that house
It just might not want to beat again
A storm is pounding on the roof outside
Like something died
You couldn't take you heart out in that house
Water dripping in the sink
I'm tired of crying you start to think
The sound leads to the kitchen
Kitchen leads to door and you think I must not live here anymore
Repeat Chorus (3x)
Then you walk
walk on down to the street
keep walking
You put one foot down, in
front of the other (repeat)

Waking
Stream of consciousness
On a sleeping
Street of dreams
Thoughts
Like scattered leaves
Slowed in midfall
Into the streams
Of fast
Running rivers
Of choice and chance
And time stops here
on the delta
While they dance
While they dance
I love the child
Who steers this riverboat
But lately he's crazy
For the deep
And the river seems dreamlike
In the daytime
And someone keeps thinking
In my sleep
Of fast
Running rivers
Of choice and chance
And time stops here
And it seems as if time
Stops on the delta
While they dance
One For Every Moment (3: 59)
She would run across the barren land
And pause to let the light caress her
Ask the earth to share its secrets
And listen for the wind to tell her
He could see her so very clearly
Dancing as the moon rose to see
He could feel her breath upon him
Letting all the doubt go free
He looked to the desert sky
Counting all the stars above her
One for every moment he would love her
One for every moment he would love her
She would walk to where the land and sea
met each other in a dance of violence
She found a treasure of untold beauty
Tossed it back and swore herself to silence
He could see her so very clearly
Dancing as the moon rose to see
He could feel her breath upon him
Letting all the doubt go free
He looked to the desert sky
Counting all the stars above her
One for every moment he would love her
One for every moment he would love her

Morrison (4: 45)
Words: David Crosby
Music: James Raymond
He was lost and I don't think
he wanted it that way
like a gull blown inland
on a stormy day
Lost in round one
spitting out pieces of his teeth
lost in a Paris graveyard
carrying his own wreath
And I have seen that movie
and it wasn't like that
he was mad and lonely
and blind as a bat
To the bridge
and the falling tree
Too deaf to hear his own song
You see
How does anyone get to there
We may never know
How they got that far
Or what made them go
But he had flown from his homeland
You could see him there
A gull circling
In the high desert air
(Chorus)
And somehow I
Have to learn from this
'Cause I can hear him cry
And feel the hiss
Of the wind in his feathers
and the sand on his feet
As he dies in the desert
On that Paris street.
(Chorus out)

(Instumentals)
Red, Blue, Green lights
Flicker undercover
Miss me like no other
Miss me like no other.
Black cat trailblazing
Jokin' underwater
Miss me like no other
Miss me like no other.
(Chorus)
We get a little lonesome
We get a little lone sometimes.
And what you say
Just fades away
Get down on a low day.
Get down on a low day
And what you say
Just fades away
Get down on a low day
Get down on a low day.
(Instrumentals)
Low, Low, Low, Low, Low.
Low, Low, Low, Low, Low.
Low, Low, Low, Low, Low.
Black dress, gang of rouge
She don't even bother
Miss me like no other
Miss me like no other.
Time laid back on the sea
We're gonna sail the world
While we are fast asleep.
(Chorus)
We get a little lonesome
We get a little lone sometimes.
And what you say
Just fades away
Get down on a low day
Get down on a low day.
And what you say
Just fades away
Get down on a low day
Get down on a low day.
Low, Low, Low, Low, Low.
(Instrumentals)
Low, Low, Low, Low, Low.
I get mine, I get mine
Little Gucci little mamma
Ain't worth my time.
(Chorus)
We get a little lonesome
We get a little lone sometimes.
And what you say
Just fades away
Get down on a low day
Get down on a low day.
And what you say
Just fades away
Get down on a low day
Get down on a low day.
And what you say
Just fades away
Get down on a low day
Get down on a low day.
And what you say
Just fades away
Get down on a low day
Get down on a low day.
Little Blind Fish (3: 37)
Words: David Crosby
Little Blind Fish in a wide river
Who is the gift and who is the giver
Is it a matter of choice where you go
Does it give you a voice just to know
You're here...
Little Blind Fish
Staring at a mirror
How far can you see
Are you getting any nearer
Little Blind Bird
sitting in a tree
Saying this is the end now
Can't you see
It's all gone... solid gone
Little Blind Fox
Sitting in a box
Saying this is an open space
and it has no locks
Tattered Old Lion
Living in a cage
Bit off his own leg in a rage
In a rage... (Repeat 1st verse)
