After spending one month in a residential treatment facility for substance abuse, John Stamos is back and feeling better than ever. The Fuller House star took to Twitter to share a message, as well as a photo, with his fans and give them an update on how he's been doing these past few weeks. "I'm back! Took a month to take care of things. Healthy. Feeling grateful for the love & support of family & friends," he wrote. No further details were released regarding his treatment, however, the rehab stint came less than a month after he was arrested for an alleged DUI in Beverly Hills.
