Greece's parliament have voted to accept the latest bailout deal. After marathon negotiations, about three-quarters of Greek politicians voted for the deal that promises more pain for the country. The other option was a probable slide out of the Eurozone. More

The US President has stared down critics of the Iran nuclear deal, warning the only alternative is war. In a lengthy White House press conference, Barack Obama insisted the historic agreement will prevent Iran from getting a nuclear weapon, although he conceded it won't stop the regime from sponsoring terrorism.

He's widely recognised as one of Australia's finest didgeridoo players and he's also a renowned composer. They're images that NASA scientists say 'blew their socks off'. The US space agency NASA has just released the first close-up pictures of Pluto and its four moons. It's the best glimpse yet of a world that until a couple of days ago had been just a distant speck on the edges of our solar system. Beamed back after yesterday's fly-past by the space probe New Horizons, the images show show evidence of recent geological activity and towering ice mountains that soar to an altitude of 3,000 metres.
