    Lovely pasta, although I think the pumpkin made it a little sweeter than the family is used to. Lovely recipe, but not sure if I'll make it again.

    Recipe works well and is simple to make. Next time I would use stock instead of water for a little extra flavour

    I keep cup-sized quantities of pre-roasted pumpkin in the freezer (in zippy bags) and bunged one in with the tomatoes at the end. Used pure cream instead of thickened. Great taste!

    Delicious. I used light cream instead so it wasn't too thick and heavy like a carbonara. Hubby asked for this to be a regular meal so it's a winner.
