I have been a regular online shopper with coles for awhile now. The reasons I chose Coles is because I did do comparison with Woolworths & they failed badly.
The online ordering with Coles is simpler, especially if you create your own nastier list.
The delivery tines are advised by email within the hour of delivery.
The delivery persons are exceptional, friendly & helpful. Bring groceries in, place on the bench, wait to take bags back.
Returns or issues are no drama. Just a simple phone call.
The only real issue I personally have with Coles that could be improved is that they do not offer an organic category of products & organic products are hard to get.

My first time shopping online with a supermarket for groceries. It took a long time to find everything that I needed. I liked being able to shop from the catalogue for the specials. There was a wide range of delivery times and prices were reasonable. Also good that the online account saves previous items you have bought so later you can find them easier. The communication was good - advising me of where my order was up to. unfortunately some items weren't available so I had them cancelled or substituted. Not what you want as I then had to go to the shops and pick up those items anyway. Times were accurate for delivery - the driver was friendly and dropped everything off to my kitchen table which is good for those less mobile.

This was my first time using coles online and I found it took a long time to find items and some items I wanted that were on sale at my local store were not the same price online I was informed that 3 items were not available and they would send a substitution 2 out of the 3 were substituted and 1 item was the exact item ordered so was quite puzzling I don't like the way they did the substitution it would be better if we had a choice as 1 of the items substituted I will not use as I actually have tried that product before and didn't like it so was a waste of money the good points are the delivery prices were very reasonable and had a variety of times to choose from they were really spot on with the delivery time which was also fantastic and the driver was very pleasant and friendly I also liked that they included a couple of free samples I will try using this service again for sure

It's a fabulous service for busy families.
It's easy to select your products online, especially if you are a flybuys member.
It saves so much time in the supermarket and carrying all your items in from the car. And they deliver to the bench top!
I will use it again!

This service was quite good. It did take a long time to navigate my way around the website to order all the things I needed, but I imagine it would get easier each time.

A small annoyance upon delivery I noticed that I had a few things that were unavailable and had been given substitutes. The original items I purchased were 180 grams, the substitutes provided were 115 grams. So I ended up having to go in to the store for a refund anyway.

Overall a pleasant experience. Probably not something I personally would do regularly, because I like to look out for clearance items and I'm a bit particular on the fruit and vegies I choose , but on the odd occasion i think it would be good. to save a trip to the shops.

This is my first time using online delivery and it has been great. The website was very easy to use. The only issue I have is that some items are more expensive online than in store. I really liked the emails giving me an estimated delivery time as well as any substitutions made to my order. The delivery was on time and all my groceries were fresh and of high quality. I will be using Coles online again.

This service was very good. The order was accurately delivered and although I picked a long delivery window to save money, I was given a 1 hour window on the day of the delivery - very convenient. My only gripe would be a that few items are a little more expensive when ordered online. The price is exactly the same online for all products for the other big grocery store. Hope they change this.

The Coles online website was simple and easy to use.
Being a "saver" I tried to use "click and collect" but I was dissapointed that the closest store it would let me collect from was 40 mins drive away. My favourite Coles is 5 min away and I have about 10 stores I would have been prepared to drive to. Also I thought that pick up times should be say min 4 hours (not 2 days) after ordering and delivery should be offerred 24 hours after ordering.

The delivery time was perfect and I loved being able to log in and track my delivery. The delivery lady was nice and helpful.

Most of the groceries were fresh and of high quality. The only exception was the chicken breast that I ordered for dinner that night. When I opened it it had a off smell and I refused to use it. So I had to go into my local Coles store at the last minute anyway so I could prepare dinner. I called Customer Service the next day and they organised for the cost of the chicken breast to be refunded. I think that...

This was my first time online grocery shopping with any store & overall it was a positive experience.

Firstly, I would say that if you are on a budget this is definitely something you should investigate because you will save the $6 delivery fee by not walking around the store finding things to buy!

I chose the cheapest delivery option with the largest window & was really happy that the delivery was early on in that window. I had to return a couple of substituted items & that was easy (friendly driver!) but perhaps a little time consuming (he had to ring someone to process it). I did think that the narrower windows were a bit expensive.

I missed walking around the shop & seeing what is on special though but I can imagine using this service again if I were severely pressed for time.

I also found it a bit tricky to navigate backwards & browse on the site - this type of shopping is best done if you have your proper shopping list to hand.
