    My husband LOVED this dish, and we both love how fresh it tastes with the salsa. I used barramundi fish. Thanks for this easy recipe. I will definitely make this again soon.

    Really enjoyed this - the fish coating was so simple yet tasted great, I do it all the time now - and the salsa was delicious :)

    This was really delicious! Light and fresh flavours. I used Basa fillets and they cooked up beautifully - I also added peach to the salsa and used a mix of dried parsley and basil as thats all I had - and it was delicious. Hubby, who normally doesnt like cucumber or raw onion gobbled it up!

    This was fresh tasting and light. I replaced the coriander with a mix of basil and parsley.

    This was a lovely light recipe. I substituted the cucumber with zuchini as it was all I had and lightly fried the cucumber with the red onion and I also added mushrooms. It was very nice!
