Delicious, added double the garlic and a little breadcrumbs to bring it together, absolutely superb!!!!!

Have made this a few times now. Usually use a bunch of silverbeet instead of the baby spinach and throw in a handful of rolled oats into the food processor to help bind them. Kids and adults here love them!

    Love the rolled oats idea!

Made this lots of times now. Kids really like them. I bake them in the oven. Good way of getting some extra veg.

Everybody like these and my anti-vege 13 year old didn't even notice the veges! Winner!

Winner - so easy :) I had 3 kids eat all of them for dinner, so would have to cook double batch for a family of 5! I put the spinach, basil & spring onion in a food processor and pulsed it; then added the mince, garlic & tomato. Whizzed it for about 30 seconds & it was ready to go! Made them bite-sized, skipped the oven step & just kept them frying on low for a little longer. Recipe is already back on the shopping list for next week; on request of the girls!

So yummy - mine took bit longer in the oven though :)

Really easy and tasty. I used fresh mint instead of basil

Absolutely beautiful, best rissoles recipe. Taste just as good, if not better than the ones you get in the packet at Coles (and even better you've done them yourself).

These are lovely and easy to make. I make them and then freeze them for later.

Love these rissoles. Have used beef mince on occassions and cook on the BBQ instead of the oven, with no issues
