Winner in our household. My daughter who has a diary allergy loves this banana bread. So moist and moreish.

I tried this twice so far, the first time with walnuts (alternative to blueberries) and the second time with walnuts and dairy free choc chips. I also used almond milk instead of soy. This recipe is divine! My family and friends loved it and couldn't believe it was dairy free. Will continue to make again and again.

Definite winner in our house. I've made it with wholemeal and with regular flour with great success. Also just add whatever frozen berries I have in the freezer and once used choc chips - Delicious! Freezes really well too so great for the lunchbox - slice and wrap in glad wrap then freeze. Just pull a slice out in the morning and it's good to go come morning tea.

As with previous comments, I also made gluten-free and used frozen mixed berries. Another keeper - will make again.

I only used half the recommended amount of oil and just added an extra banana to keep it moist (I always use old bananas that I've frozen, then defrosted, as they have more liquid). I also used full wholemeal flour, frozen blueberries and added some cinnamon along with the mixed spice. Very tasty.

I love this recipe, so easy and tasty. I made it with gluten free flour and it was fabulous. I also used frozen berries which worked well (mixed berries rather than just bluberries). I used half brown and half raw sugar too.

This was really yummy. I substituted the eggs for just under 1/2 cup apple sauce to make it vegan friendly. Used all wholemeal SR flour instead of half/half. Will definitely make it again - so easy and delicious!

Question: Would you need to make any amendments to the recipe if using cupcake tin

Probably just adjust the cooking time.
