Create a traditional 'pizza bianco' with this wonderful roasted garlic paste.

Step 1

When roasting garlic, test it by squeezing a clove. It's ready when it's soft enough to squeeze out.

Step 2

To remove the garlic from the skin, simply squeeze the clove into a bowl. Discard the skin.

Step 3

Use a fork to mash the softened garlic cloves with the olive oil until a spreadable paste forms.
