Plot
SPINE casts a fresh perspective on what it means to come-of-age and be a man, in modern-day England, whilst eloquently touching on the brutality of cage fighting, the taut nature of familial betrayal and the loaded notion of machismo. Director Cara Barry masterfully coaxes beauty out of this fascinating tale with an inspired, crisp aesthetic, coating a bloody and violent sport with a delicate and subtle veneer.

He decides the entire draft will be recorded on a tape recorder and only his butler (Alphonso) is an actual witness, he begins to tell his story as the action comes alive.
