What happens when you never know if something is truly done? This happens a lot to Kev Parker, the main man behind Tame Impala who quite literally created every part of this latest album.

His perfectionism does pay off though, and this week we're featuring the lush and beautifully produced Currents, ahead of it's worldwide release on Friday. Once again Parker has stepped into very new sonic territory but some of these sounds are his boldest leaps to date. His love of pop is no surprise to anyone who tuned into Tame Impala's Take 5 back in 2010. But it may take a few Tame fans by surprise.
