Resuming the long-stalled six-party talks has taken a big step toward becoming reality after South Korea expressed its willingness to come back to the table if North Korea first meets a couple of conditions.
Wrapping up talks with Russia′s deputy foreign minister in Moscow on Wednesday, Seoul′s chief nuclear envoy, Hwang Joon-kook said the talks can resume if Pyongyang shows some sincerity and seriously intends to hold constructive dialogue on its denuclearization.
Hwang added that, while relations between North Korea and Russia have been improved in recent weeks following the visit of a top North Korean official

The current diplomatic feud in Northeast Asia between the three major players in the region is further complicating the resumption of the six-party talks.
