The five ladies share an apartment and have various problems already in their lives. Meghana Raj was in a phsically abusive relationship while Bhama's husband is demanding a divorce. The five ladies celebrate Ananya's birthday. Haritha comes with her husband to the party. They end up making love in the apartment. Suddenly her husband has a heart attack and dies on the spot. Haritha does not want to inform her family or the police about the death. The reason why Haritha hides her husband's death and how the ladies get entrapped in the situation forms the crux of the story. 100 Degree Celsius is the first two-part film in Malayalam Movie. Unlike other sequels or trilogies which have entirely different stories with the same characters, 100 Degree Celsius will continue the story of the first part in the second one. 100 Degree Celsius director Rakesh Gopan has confirmed that the first part will not end in a cliffhanger.
