This week brought very sad news of the death of Nicholas Winton, they man they dubbed the 'British Schindler'. He said nothing for a half-century about his role in organizing the escape of 669 mostly Jewish children from Czechoslovakia on the eve of World War II. In April this year Nicholas Winton was honoured and our correspondent Phillip Williams filed a beautiful story to mark the occasion. More

Shocking images of Rohingya Muslims from Myanmar stranded at sea have beamed around the world in recent weeks, highlighting the plight of a long persecuted group. There've been images too of abandoned people smuggling camps on the Thai, Malaysian border where mass graves of Rohingya have been exhumed. Our South East Asia Correspondent Samantha Hawley travelled to the border to report the story and was shocked by what she found. More
