If you have to loan a country to pay its debts, isn’t that a default. The bankers have piled the debt on Greece, and it can never be paid. Greece says it cannot make its 300 million euro payment to the IMF (International Monetary Fund) and wants to bundle the debt and put off the payment until the end of the month. I think the Greeks are going to get that last 7 billion euro loan package, and it will officially default this fall. They say a Greek default is priced into the markets, but the folks I talk to say when the default is officially realized, it will cause big financial problems. The economic propaganda seems to continue at an unrelenting pace. Just last week, there was a .7% contraction in the first quarter GDP, and this week, the main stream media (MSM) was back at it with this headline that says “Economy picking up steam.” The day before, the same newspaper ran a headline that said “Stingy Spenders Hold back Growth.” Which is it? Are we growing or contracting? I think the economy is clearly contracting, and the MSM continues to lie to try to make things look better than reality. Here is some more MSM propaganda. The headline reads “NSA Data Collection Ended.” While that is true that the USA Freedom Act has ended so-called meta-data collection, the spying has not. The NSA can now legally record your calls and use the information. It just cannot keep the meta-data; so, the headline is misleading. It is a step in the right direction, but a very small one. You still have the secret courts and spying on all Americans. This new law just made what was illegal and unconstitutional legal. After 42 hours overtime, the Iran nuclear negotiations with the United States, Russia, China, France, Great Britain and Germany reached a framework deal in Lausanne, Switzerland. In return for lifting the sanctions, which means more than $110 billion a year relief for Tehran and a return to the global economic market, Iran will be significantly constrained in its nuclear programme. This is the framework agreement, meaning the formal deal will be signed before July 1st. Over the next three months, the technical details will have to be worked out, but what does the Iranian nuclear deal really mean? ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Florida (Http://superhoodtv.com) -- One man's violent rampage inside the back of an Altamonte Springs, Florida police patrol car early Sunday was caught on dash camera. Officials said they were called to the Why Not Lounge nightclub early Sunday morning because of a drunk and disorderly man. When officers arrived they found Angelo Bocchino in an out-of-control state, according to an arrest report. Authorities said a struggle took several minutes with Bocchino, but they were finally able to get him inside a patrol car. After about 15 minutes of trying to calm him down, officers said they had had enough. Police said Bocchino had kicked one officer in the face and fractured his nose, so they used a stun gun on him but it only calmed him down for a moment. Bocchino is then seen on dash camera in a spitting rage and threatens to kill the officers who are taking him to jail. Investigators said Bocchino's rage continued for nearly 35 minutes.

ATHENS — Following the European Central Bank's decision to cut off financial support to Greece over the weekend, Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras says that capital controls will now be imposed to protect the country's banks from mass panic. Greece will likely default on a €1.6 billion payment to the International Monetary Fund on Tuesday, the same day its bailout expires. EU lenders have refused to extend the bailout past the June 30 expiry date. Following the ECB's decision over the weekend, Greece will impose capital controls, limiting the amount of money people can withdraw from an account in one day to €60. Greek banks will also be closed for a week until July 6, and the government has set restrictions on foreign transactions to prevent money transfers to foreign banks. Foreign tourists will be exempt from these restrictions because the tourism industry is a key sector of Greece's economy. As of Friday, €1.3 billion has already been drawn from Greek banks. Agence France-Presse reports that currently only 40 percent of ATMS across the country have money in them. ------------------------------------------------------------- Welcome to TomoNews, where we animate the most entertaining news on the internets. Sorry the video is vertical - I am yelling at myself over that. Instinct to film this took over and I wasn't thinking about orientation! Here's what I saw -- it was no meteor, although by total coincidence there WERE meteor/fireball sightings in eastern US states as well as later that night in Japan! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LwSFPdhxE-s The phone camera video is obviously not great, but whatever this was was descending slowly -- too slow to be a firework or anything like that. Some sort of burning space junk / meteor? For all I know it wasn't "over Chicago" but was just visible East of Chicago - hard to gauge distance, etc, obviously. No. I didn't see a "UFO" except in the sense that it's an object that was flying that I cannot identify.

Heads Up! Senate Puts Obama On Fast-Track to TPP
Heads Up! Senate Puts Obama On Fast-Track to TPP
  • Order:

THE TPP HAS NOT PASSED! THE TPA (FAST-TRACK) PASSED! With a 60-38 vote, the Senate adopted the law giving President Obama the power to “fast-track” talks on free-trade pacts such as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) after months of fierce debate in both houses of the Congress. Trade Promotion Authority (TPA), as the measure is called, means that Congress will only get to vote up or down on the treaties in question once they are finalized by the White House, without the ability to offer amendments. Labor unions and liberal Democrats had fought hard against the authority and are likely to now turn their attention toward stopping the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), a trade deal Obama is negotiating with 12 other Pacific Rim nations. After the measure barely squeaked by with 60 votes in favor, Senator Jeff Sessions (R-Alabama) accused the US government of not serving the needs of its citizens, saying the White House “broke arms and heads” to scrape up the required majority. Anti-trade Democrats say the battle now shifts to approval of the TPP, which will need only 50 votes to pass the Senate under the protections of fast-track. “When the inexcusable and anti-democratic veil of secrecy surrounding the TPP is finally lifted and the American people see what is actually in the agreement, they are going to force their representatives in Washington to vote that deal down,” said Robert Weissman, the president of Public Citizen, an outspoken opponent of Obama’s trade agenda.

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Florida (Http://superhoodtv.com) -- One man\'s violent rampage inside the back of an Altamonte Springs, Florida police patrol car early Sunday was caught on dash camera.

Investigators said Bocchino\'s rage continued for nearly 35 minutes.

ATHENS — Following the European Central Bank\'s decision to cut off financial support to Greece over the weekend, Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras says that capital controls will now be imposed to protect the country\'s banks from mass panic.

Greece will likely default on a €1.6 billion payment to the International Monetary Fund on Tuesday, the same day its bailout expires. EU lenders have refused to extend the bailout past the June 30 expiry date.

Following the ECB\'s decision over the weekend, Greece will impose capital controls, limiting the amount of money people can withdraw from an account in one day to €60.
Greek banks will also be closed for a week until July 6, and the government has set restrictions on foreign transactions to prevent money transfers to foreign banks. Foreign tourists will be exempt from these restrictions because the tourism industry is a key sector of Greece\'s economy.

As of Friday, €1.3 billion has already been drawn from Greek banks. Agence France-Presse reports that currently only 40 percent of ATMS across the country have money in them.

Sorry the video is vertical - I am yelling at myself over that. Instinct to film this took over and I wasn\'t thinking about orientation!

Here\'s what I saw -- it was no meteor, although by total coincidence there WERE meteor/fireball sightings in eastern US states as well as later that night in Japan! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LwSFPdhxE-s

The phone camera video is obviously not great, but whatever this was was descending slowly -- too slow to be a firework or anything like that. Some sort of burning space junk / meteor? For all I know it wasn\'t \

The Supreme Court’s recent decision in favor of same sex marriage has been
controversial. One of the most common arguments you hear from those who oppose it is, “How do I explain this to my kids?” Some people wonder if children are sophisticated enough to wrap their heads around something like this, so we went out on the street to ask kids what they think and know about same sex marriage.
