Executive car is a British term that refers to a car's size and is used to describe an automobile larger than a large family car. In official use, the term is adopted by EuroNCAP, a European organisation founded to test car safety.
The term was coined in the 1960s to describe cars targeted at successful professionals and middle to senior managers, often as a company car but retaining enough performance and comfort to be desirable in their own right. Ford identified some of the higher-spec Cortina models as Executives, the 1600E Mk2 becoming something of a cult car in later years for its blend of performance and comparative luxury.[citation needed] The definitive Ford executive car of the 1970s and 1980s was the Granada. Larger Triumphs such as the 2000 and 2500 firmly fitted into this category, as did some of the larger Vauxhall models from the VX4/90 and Ventora through to the Carlton. The definitive British executive cars of the 1960s and 1970s though remain the Rover P6 range, superseded by the modern SD1, and the Jaguar XJ6. At the bottom end of the market, executive cars could be luxury versions of family saloons; at the higher end they were often larger models by mainstream manufacturers or the entry-level models by companies specialising in larger luxury vehicles. The executive car was seen as aspirational, hence the emphasis on standing out from the crowd — but also a business tool enabling its users to exploit Britain's evolving motorway network. Early executive cars typically offered engines of between 2.0 and 3.5 litres in size, compared with 1.6 to 2.4 litres of a large family car; these days the average family saloon is more likely to be a two-litre car with executive cars generally starting at around 2.5 litres, although in some markets such as Italy and France where tax structures make large engines prohibitively expensive to own and run there are many 2.0-litre executive vehicles.

12015/12016 New Delhi to Ajmer via Jaipur Shatabdi Express train runs on all days of the week and halts in Delhi Cantonment, Gurgaon, Rewari, Alwar, Jaipur on its course of journey from both destinations.
This train has two classes of journey namely First AC Tier (Executive Chair Car) and air conditioned Chair Car Tier.
The train departs New Delhi at 6:05 in the morning and reaches Ajmer at 12:45 in the afternoon at an average speed of 66 kph. Train starts it return journey at 15:45 from Ajmer and Reaches New Delhi at 22:40 at an average speed of 64 kph.

The BMW E30 is a compact executive car which was produced by BMW from 1982 to 1993. All variants used a rear-wheel-drive layout with the exception of the all-wheel-drive 325iX. The BMW M3 was first introduced on the E30 platform. The E30 was released in 1982 and was replaced by the BMW E36 in 1992. BMW continued to produce the cabriolet (convertible) E30 well into 1992 and the Touring until June 1993.
The cars were powered by a range of inline 4-cylinder and inline 6-cylinder engines. The E30 BMW M3 was fitted with a high-revving 4-cylinder petrol engine (BMW S14) which produced 175 kW (238 PS; 235 hp) in its final European-only iteration.
The E30 3-series was penned by Claus Luthe in 1978, the designer of the NSU Ro 80. It was produced as four- and two-door saloons, two-door convertible (the M3 cabriolet was only offered for the European market), cabriolet by Baur, and a five-door estate (marketed as the "Touring").
The BMW M3 utilised a widened and heavily redesigned variation of the two-door body style. The M3 shares few body parts with other E30 models; however, many M3 parts can be used on the other body styles and are interchangeable offering the consumer an OEM upgrade.
Externally, the appearance is very similar to the E21 predecessor, however there are various detail changes in styling to the E30. Major changes over the E21 include interior features and revised suspension (to reduce the oversteer which the E21 was criticised for).
The primary distinctive feature of the BMW E30 models produced for the North American market in 1984–1987 are the elongated front/rear aluminum bumpers. These bumpers are commonly known as "diving boards.

Shatabdi Express trains are a series of superfast passenger trains operated by Indian Railways to connect Metro cities with other cities important for tourism, pilgrimage or business.
Shatabdi Express are day-trains and they return to the station of origin the same day. The Shatabdis are among the fastest trains in India and the Indian Railways considers them as prestigious. The Shatabdi Express trains run over short to medium distances and they have a running speed upto 150 kilometers per hour. All the Shatabdi Express trains have one coach of first class air-conditioned seating. These coaches have wider leg room and offer better food compared to the normal Air conditioned seating (CC).
12015/12016 New Delhi to Ajmer via Jaipur Shatabdi Express train runs on all days of the week and it halts in Delhi Cantonment, Gurgaon, Rewari, Alwar, Jaipur on its course of journey from both destinations.
This train has two classes of journey namely First AC Tier (Executive Chair Car) and air conditioned Chair Car Tier.
The train departs New Delhi at 6:05 in the morning and reaches Ajmer at 12:45 in the afternoon at an average speed of 66 kph. Train starts it return journey at 15:45 from Ajmer and Reaches New Delhi at 22:40 at an average speed of 64 kph.
