I professed my rights and freedoms by inhaling the combustion products of plants today.
I am not afraid of posting a video of me smoking copious amounts of cannabis because I believe that it should be legalized for recreational use. I have no shame in telling people I smoke weed because all the negative stigma is simply not true and I would like to prove that by being a productive, law abiding member of society while enjoying my right not alter my own consciousness.

Canada (
/ˈkænədə/) is a North American country consisting of ten provinces and three territories. Located in the northern part of the continent, it extends from the Atlantic Ocean in the east to the Pacific Ocean in the west, and northward into the Arctic Ocean. Spanning over 9,900,000 km2 (3,800,000 sq mi), Canada is the world's second-largest country by total area, and its common border with the United States is the longest land border in the world.
The land that is now Canada has been inhabited for millennia by various Aboriginal peoples. Beginning in the late 15th century, British and French colonial expeditions explored, and later settled, along the region's Atlantic coast. France ceded nearly all of its colonies in North America in 1763 after the Seven Years' War. In 1867, with the union of three British North American colonies through Confederation, Canada was formed as a federal dominion of four provinces. This began an accretion of provinces and territories and a process of increasing autonomy; the Canada Act 1982 severed the vestiges of legal dependence on Britain.

Jon Stewart (born Jonathan Stuart Leibowitz; November 28, 1962) is an American political satirist, writer, television host, actor, media critic and stand-up comedian. He is widely known as host of The Daily Show, a satirical news program that airs on Comedy Central.
Stewart started as a stand-up comedian, but branched into television as host of Short Attention Span Theater for Comedy Central. He went on to host his own show on MTV, called The Jon Stewart Show, and then hosted another show on MTV called You Wrote It, You Watch It. He has also had several film roles as an actor. Stewart became the host of The Daily Show on Comedy Central in early 1999. He is also a writer and co-executive-producer of the show. After Stewart joined, The Daily Show steadily gained popularity and critical acclaim, resulting in his sixteen Emmy Awards.
Stewart has gained acclaim as an acerbic, satirical critic of personality-driven media shows, in particular those of the US media networks such as CNN, Fox News Channel, and MSNBC. Critics say Stewart benefits from a double standard: he critiques other news shows from the safe, removed position of his "fake news" desk. Stewart agrees, saying that neither his show nor his channel purports to be anything other than satire and comedy. In spite of its self-professed entertainment mandate, The Daily Show has been nominated for news and journalism awards. Stewart hosted the 78th and 80th Academy Awards. He is the co-author of America (The Book): A Citizen's Guide to Democracy Inaction, which was one of the best-selling books in the U.S. in 2004 and Earth (The Book): A Visitor's Guide to the Human Race released in 2010.

Justin Drew Bieber ( /ˈbiːbər/ BEE-bər, born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian Pop/R&B singer-songwriter, musician, and actor. Bieber was discovered in 2008 by Scooter Braun, who came across Bieber's videos on YouTube and later became his manager. Braun arranged for him to meet with Usher in Atlanta, Georgia, and Bieber was soon signed to Raymond Braun Media Group (RBMG), a joint venture between Braun and Usher, and then to a recording contract with Island Records offered by L.A. Reid. Bieber's debut single, "One Time", was released in 2009 and peaked in the top twenty in Canada and charted in the top thirty in several international markets. His debut album, the seven-track EP My World, followed in November 2009, and was soon certified platinum in the United States. He became the first artist to have seven songs from a debut album chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

i have had my meds card for a while now i also have my grow papers but all that expires the end of march and the canadian government has changed the way they are doing things so now a guy has to order meds with a credit card over the phone and its shipped to you through canada post and just put in yer mail box. im not overly impressed with the taste of the meds but the affects are there for sure

Toronto is the largest city in Canada and the provincial capital of Ontario. It is located in Southern Ontario on the northwestern shore of Lake Ontario. The history of Toronto began in the late 18th century when the British Crown purchased its land from the Mississaugas of the New Credit. McGill University is one of the most prestigious universities in all of Canada. Poutine, a French Canadian dish, it is basically french fries with gravy and cheese curds on top. For a taste of French charm, wander down the cobbled streets of Old Montreal. For fine dining and shopping in trendy boutiques, you can pop into the Bonsecours Market. Habitat 67 is a unique housing complex and is an architectural landmark. Whether you visit Montreal in the summer or winter, there are always festivals going on. Tonight we're at the Cirque du Soleil for a circus performance. The biodome is a popular attraction for families with children. Olympic Stadium is the former home of the Montreal Expos. The botanical gardens are home to beautiful gardens. Bell Center is home to the Montreal Canadiens, one of the most celebrated NHL franchises. There is no better place ot eat smoked meat in Montreal than Schwartz. The Notre Dame Basilica is located in the historic district of Old Montreal. In our latest travel video we showcase 21 things to do in the capital city of Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada in this top attractions travel guide.
Fredericton is a city that offers culture vultures numerous historic buildings and attractions including top notch museums. For the adventure traveler or sports enthusiast extensive bike trails and the St John River offer endless exercise opportunities.
This summer we travelled out to Fredericton, New Brunswick to visit family. With a few weeks in town, we decided to make a little video guide to give you a taste of Atlantic Canada. Here's a look at 21 things you can do around the city:

Visiting King's Landing was like travelling back in time. We got to see the interior of old homes, churches, and barns from the 1800s, and for those looking to get their hands dirty, there was the option of pitching in with some of the farm work. The garrison district is the historic and cultural heart of Fredericton. This is where you can catch free performances, join heritage walking tours, and watch the changing of the guard. The Lighthouse on the Green stands on the banks of the St. John River. Though it once helped guide fishermen to shore, today the lighthouse is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy some seafood or even cool down with an ice cream. The nice thing about Fredericton is that you're never too far from nature. The city has many walking trails and biking paths that are easily accessible, and that means people spend a lot of time outdoors.
This former railway bridge is now popular with pedestrians. It has great views of the St. John River and the 2 university campuses that sit up on the hill. Waterloo Row is one of the prettiest streets in the city. It is lined with historic homes and mansions that look over the river. If you happen to be in town over the weekend, be sure to check out the Farmers' Market for some delicious eats!
The Nashwaak Trail is part of an extensive trail system and it's great for either walking or biking. We managed to spot quite a bit of wildlife during our outing, including a Great Blue Heron, a beaver, and lots of chipmunks. Gallery 78 is the oldest private art gallery in New Brunswick and it hosts exhibitions throughout the year. Christ Church Cathedral has a very active music schedule. During the summer months they host choirs and recitals. Admission is by donation with the proceeds going back into the community. The Legislative Building is the home to the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick. Guided visits must be arranged in advance. For art lovers, there's the option of visiting the Beaverbrook Art Gallery. This gallery features the work of both Canadian and international artists. Odell Park is a massive park located in the middle of Fredericton. It has many trails that run through the forest and some of the trees there are believed to be over 400 years old. It's a nice green escape and the perfect place to exercise in the summer. The changing of the guard is a ceremony not to be missed. You can watch guards re-enact a drill ceremony to the beat of a piper and drummer. For a spooky look at the city's past, you can join a haunted hike that takes you on a walking tour of Fredericton after dark. Expect to meet lots of ghostly characters along the way. The best way to experience the St. John River is by going out on the water. If you drop by Second Nature Outdoors, you can rent kayaks, canoes, and stand up paddle boards. This is the official residence of the Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick, and it's where foreign dignitaries visiting Fredericton stay. This former jail turned science centre is a fun place for children. The university of New Brunswick and St. Thomas University have a shared campus with beautiful grounds. Even if you're not a student, the campus is worth a visit. If you're looking to catch a performance, then head down to the Playhouse. They host all sorts of music, dance, and theatre productions. And that's a little glimpse of Fredericton. We really enjoyed our summer visit to the city, and we hope you'll have the chance to check it out too!

The British doctors study showed that those who stopped smoking before they reached 30 years of age lived almost as long as those who never smoked.[131] Stopping in one's sixties can still add three years of healthy life.[131] A randomized trial from the U.S. and Canada showed that a smoking cessation program lasting 10 weeks decreased mortality from all causes over 14 years later.[132]
Another published study, "Smoking Cessation Reduces Postoperative Complications: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis," examined six randomized trials and 15 observational studies to look at the effects of preoperative smoking cessation on postoperative complications. The findings were: 1) taken together, the studies demonstrated decreased likelihood of postoperative complications in patients who ceased smoking prior to surgery; 2) overall, each week of cessation prior to surgery increased the magnitude of the effect by 19%. A significant positive effect was noted in trials where smoking cessation occurred at least four weeks prior to surgery; 3) For the six randomized trials, they demonstrated on average a relative risk reduction of 41% for postoperative complications

The British doctors study showed that those who stopped smoking before they reached 30 years of age lived almost as long as those who never smoked.[131] Stopping in one's sixties can still add three years of healthy life.[131] A randomized trial from the U.S. and Canada showed that a smoking cessation program lasting 10 weeks decreased mortality from all causes over 14 years later.[132]
Another published study, "Smoking Cessation Reduces Postoperative Complications: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis," examined six randomized trials and 15 observational studies to look at the effects of preoperative smoking cessation on postoperative complications. The findings were: 1) taken together, the studies demonstrated decreased likelihood of postoperative complications in patients who ceased smoking prior to surgery; 2) overall, each week of cessation prior to surgery increased the magnitude of the effect by 19%. A significant positive effect was noted in trials where smoking cessation occurred at least four weeks prior to surgery; 3) For the six randomized trials, they demonstrated on average a relative risk reduction of 41% for postoperative complications
