Jurisdiction (from the Latin ius, iuris meaning "law" and dicere meaning "to speak") is the practical authority granted to a formally constituted legal body or to a political leader to deal with and make pronouncements on legal matters and, by implication, to administer justice within a defined area of responsibility. The term is also used to denote the geographical area or subject-matter to which such authority applies.
Jurisdiction draws its substance from public international law, conflict of laws, constitutional law and the powers of the executive and legislative branches of government to allocate resources to best serve the needs of its native society.
International laws and treaties provide agreements which nations agree to be bound to.
Supranational organizations provide mechanisms whereby disputes between states may be resolved through arbitration or mediation. When a country is recognized as de jure, it is an acknowledgment by the other de jure nations that the country has sovereignty and the right to exist.

It was another good week regarding bogus traffic tickets; three tickets kicked out. These are all from the east coast, Maine, New York, and New Jersey. Each filed a motion to dismiss based on a lack of evidence proving the constitution and code apply and there was jurisdiction and no valid cause of action. None of the accusers were able to provide a single fact proving the constitution and code apply and none of them even tried; though in Maine they did try scaring Scott into not going to trial.

Even though the car in the video isn't mine, it was so fulfilling to get to drive it around for the day. That experience will definitely make me go harder career wise. That's something I speak on in the song. 'Jurisdiction' had a bit of a 'Sin City' vibe to it with contrast and color against a hood backdrop. That song is officially a warning to my competition. It's basically saying 'get out my way.' Todd Uno definitely did his thing.

It was another good week regarding bogus traffic tickets; three tickets kicked out. These are all from the east coast, Maine, New York, and New Jersey. Each filed a motion to dismiss based on a lack of evidence proving the constitution and code apply and there was jurisdiction and no valid cause of action.
None of the accusers were able to provide a single fact proving the constitution and code apply and none of them even tried; though in Maine they did try scaring Scott into not going to trial.

Originating in common law, trusts were once completely foreign to continental European jurisdictions. This situation changed significantly when Liechtenstein enacted the Persons and Companies Act in 1926. It also continues to change as further jurisdictions undertake to recognize the trust. Worldwide, the increasing importance of (and demand for) trusts has led to increasing competition between jurisdictions. In order to remain competitive among other national legal systems, comparative analyses are becoming more important than ever. This book presents a collection of essays, each providing an analysis of a trust law issue from at least one jurisdiction's perspective. Following a chapter containing essays on general trust law issues, the book then focuses on the extent to which trusts can be used for the purposes of asset protection, clearly presenting the different approaches taken. An analysis of beneficiaries' rights under the laws of various jurisdictions is provided in the subsequent chapters' essays, highlighting the fact that the treatment of beneficiaries also varies quite considerably. Download Here: http://tinyurl.com/o96a9v5 Originating in common law, trusts were once completely foreign to continental European jurisdictions. This situation changed significantly when Liechtenstein enacted the Persons and Companies Act in 1926. It also continues to change as further jurisdictions undertake to recognize the trust. Worldwide, the increasing importance of (and demand for) trusts has led to increasing competition between jurisdictions. In order to remain competitive among other national legal systems, comparative analyses are becoming more important than ever. This book presents a collection of essays, each providing an analysis of a trust law issue from at least one jurisdiction's perspective. Following a chapter containing essays on general trust law issues, the book then focuses on the extent to which trusts can be used for the purposes of asset protection, clearly presenting the different approaches taken. An analysis of beneficiaries' rights under the laws of various jurisdictions is provided in the subsequent chapters' essays, highlighting the fact that the treatment of beneficiaries also varies quite considerably. A decapitated head has been found posted on the gate at the entrance to a gas factory in south-eastern France which came under attack from terrorists this morning, security officials said. Police sources said the decapitated head was found at the site along with a flag bearing Islamist inscriptions. Local newspaper Le Dauphine said the head was also covered in Arabic writing ... If any person driving a two-wheeler or the pillion rider is found not wearing a helmet, they will be charged under the relevant provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act,1988, and as per the directions issued by the High Court the original valid Driving License and the original Vehicle Registration Certificate will be impounded under due acknowledgement and forwarded to the jurisdictional Court for further process....
