The UK Labour Party is Not Socialist
A common misconception around UK politics is that the Labour party is somehow a socialist party. I couldn’t imagine anything further from the truth, but I am standing on the outside of it all. I frankly don’t see any reason why anyone would think they would be other than perhaps a past of supporting social programs benefiting the public. Any illusion of such should have died with the UK’s involvement in the Iraq War. But there still are a significant number of people that think they are socialist.

John Oliver isn't overly impressed with the British Labour Party's female outreach effort
The United Kingdom is having a big election in May, and the Labour Party needs women voters to turn out in large number and vote Labour, John Oliver explained on Sunday's Last Week Tonight. Their outreach campaign isn't terribly sophisticated, or well-thought-out, he noted. And what could be worse than driving around a pink Labour van reminiscent of a Barbie toy? John Oliver tells you, then has a few ideas of his own. Watch below. —Peter Weber

Goddamn ed milliband is so motherfucking ugly, I don't know how anyone can stand to look at the TV with him on it. He is like a caricature from wartime propaganda, just absolutely disgusting.
I mean UK politicians (and people) aren't exactly handsome, or even average, but they at least look like normal human beings, not some weird puppet or a worm wearing a human disguise.
I once saw a gif of Ed Milliband eating a sandwich, I nearly threw up. It was worse than watching 1 guy 1 jar, which I can at least wrap my head around. Ed Milliband eating a sandwich was like watching a car crash, but when the impact happens, each car just explodes with a tidal wave of blood.
What the fuck is up with his hair? Is there no one around him to say "Hey, why don't we go down to the homeless shelter and get this fucked up wad of shit you call a hairstyle sorted out? Ok Ed, you ugly fuck?" Jesus christ.
Also, is he not British? I want to say he looks like he's from Spain, but he looks more like he was born in an underground cavern of mole-people. Every inch of his skin is like the extra dark reddish skin of a baby's penis.
Holy fuck someone give that guy an Elephant Man mask or something so I can look at him without turning to shit-scented stone. God fucking damn. His face looks like one of those prosthetic faces attached to sunglasses they give massive head wound victims. Motherfucker literally looks like a bear ate his goddamn face, and that is what the NHS could cobble together for him out of novelty rubber ears and breast implants.
Ed Milliband, Jesus fucking Christ.

The October Revolution - NOT the Labour Party - gave Britain the NHS!
On 8th November 2014, British workers, members and supporters of the the CPGB-ML, together with representatives from Socialist Cuba and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, celebrated the 97th Anniversary of the Great Socialist October Revolution (1917 - 2014).
Joti Brar, of the CPGB-ML gives a powerful speech in which she outlines the charade of our 'democratic' British politics, which simply represents the best shell in which to encase the dictatorship of British finance capital. Con-Dem, Labour and UKIP are all the paid servants of the corporate elite - the barons of finance capital.
She contrasts the state of our politics and economy - riddled with crisis, unemployment and cuts to all our educational, health and welfare services - to the reality of life for the working masses under Socialism, ushered in by the glorious feats of the Russian workers, led by the Bolshevik party of Lenin and Stalin in the USSR.
In this way, we understand the significance of the October Revolution, whose impact on the modern world cannot be underestimated, or undone, and whose great light remains, as a towering beacon to the power of the creative energy of workers, who alone are capable of saving our planet from the destruction of imperialism, of finance capitalism, and placing it on a truly rational footing, ushering in an era of peaceful and progressive development.
Our reward for this great struggle, in the words of Bobby Sands, will be the laughter on the faces of our children. Join us in building a better world!
We say with Karl Marx and Frederick Engels, as outlined in their great work, the communist manifesto: "Workers of all countries unite! You have nothing to loose but your chains - you have a world to win!"

UK Election Forecast 2015 - Budget Bribes and SNP Insurgency Catastrophe
George Osborne's pre-election bribes budget apparently just did not live upto voter expectations as £3k bunged to first time buyers and £200 to basic rate savers amongst several smaller bribes was just not enough as the Conservatives saw a 10 seat projected swing to Labour. Meanwhile the Labour party is playing with fire as it dances around whether or not they would rely on SNP MP's to prop up a Labour government that would prove to be a catastrophe as this video illustrates.

The United Kingdom general election of 1992 was held on 9 April 1992, and was the fourth consecutive victory for the Conservative Party. This election result was one of the biggest surprises in 20th Century politics, as polling leading up to the day of the election showed Labour under leader Neil Kinnock to be consistently, if narrowly, ahead.
John Major had won the leadership election in November 1990 following the resignation of Margaret Thatcher. During his term leading up to the 1992 elections he oversaw the British involvement in the Gulf War, introduced legislation to replace the unpopular Community Charge with Council Tax, and signed

Bilderberg 2015: Mystery Surrounds Shadowy Globalist Summit
A shadowy collection of globalists embedded throughout centers of power worldwide — political, military, banking, media, intelligence, business, academia, and more — wrapped up their annual Bilderberg summit on June 14 in Telfs-Buchen, Austria. The secrecy-obsessed confab has been receiving increased attention, relatively speaking, even from even the establishment press in recent years, following decades of complete silence. This year was no exception. But what humanity’s alleged public servants and self-appointed masters were discussing behind closed doors and armies of taxpayer-funded security officially remains a mystery — potentially in violation of numerous laws such as the U.S. Logan Act. Essentially, though, your future and the future of your nation were on the agenda.
However, despite pretences of increased transparency, virtually nothing is known publicly about what “the money-changers and the self-appointed masters of the universe,” as the U.K. Guardian’s Kevin McKenna described them, were plotting at their mega-luxury hotel (shown). “Only bankers, the CEOs of multinationals and western political leaders who have been on their payroll for a minimum of 10 years get to attend,” McKenna wrote in a sarcastic and humorous piece. Of course, key establishment media operatives are also invited to attend, but only under conditions of strict secrecy. Along with the “journalists,” editors, propagandists, and media magnates were prime ministers, foreign ministers, defense ministers, top globalist bureaucrats, a president, CEOs, royalty, and even some convicted globalist criminals (anti-U.S. sovereignty fanatic Gen. David Petraeus) for good measure.
At this year’s summit, a variety of media outlets sent reporters, including the U.K. Guardian, Infowars, American Free Press, some local outlets, and others. As has generally been the case, reporters and even locals were treated with disdain, hostility, and suspicion by the tax-funded security operatives guarding the globalists inside. More than 2,000 police, paid for with public funds, were reportedly on hand to guard the paranoid globalists against a handful of protesters, reporters, and local residents at the resort. The security was so on edge that a “COBRA” officer reportedly accidently fired an assault rifle at a police helicopter flying overhead.
In the official release, Bilderberg bigwigs also claimed, “There is no desired outcome, no minutes are taken and no report is written.” “Furthermore, no resolutions are proposed, no votes are taken, and no policy statements are issued,” it also said. However, those claims fly in the face of a wide array of public statements by numerous Bilderberg attendees. For example, in 2010, former NATO boss and two-time Bilderberg attendee Willy Claes said in a radio interview that reports of speeches given at the summit are, in fact, compiled. “The participants are then obviously considered to use this report in setting their policies in the environments in which they affect,” Claes added, which analysts said was essentially an admission that Bilderberg attendees are secretly plotting your future behind closed doors.
In other words, somebody is lying:

UK 2015 Elections Labour Party Supporters Meeting In Mister Ahmed's Car Wash Hounslow West

- Conservatives warn SNP will call the tune with Labour
- SNP Catastrophe

The United Kingdom general election of 1992 was held on 9 April 1992, and was the fourth consecutive victory for the Conservative Party. This election result was one of the biggest surprises in 20th Century politics, as polling leading up to the day of the election showed Labour under leader Neil Kinnock to be consistently, if narrowly, ahead.
John Major had won the leadership election in November 1990 following the resignation of Margaret Thatcher. During his term leading up to the 1992 elections he oversaw the British involvement in the Gulf War, introduced legislation to replace the unpopular Community Charge with Council Tax, and signed the Maastricht treaty. The UK had gone into recession around the time of Major's appointment, along with most of the other industrialised nations. John Major announced the date of the election on 11 March shortly after Chancellor of the Exchequer Norman Lamont had delivered the Budget. It was one of the most dramatic elections in the UK since the end of the Second World War, after the Conservative Party defeated the initial favourites, the Labour Party.
The BBC's live television broadcast of the election results were presented by David Dimbleby and Peter Snow, with John Cole.

Labour Party MP Yvette Cooper Says Immigration Needs Management
In an interview broadcast on BBC Newsnight, Labour Party's leadership contender Yvette Cooper said immigration needed to be "controlled" and "managed."
Cooper added that "ideally" the Labour government should have had a financial surplus before the crisis of 2008.
Ms. Cooper is one of four members of Parliament who have announced they will stand for the Labour leadership.
Andy Burnham, Liz Kendall and Mary Creagh are also standing.
Candidates are required to gather the signatures of 35 MPs by June 15 to make it on to the ballot paper.
The winner will be announced on 12 September.

Labour Party U-Turn Over EU Referendum
Labour has dropped its opposition to a referendum on the UK's membership of the European Union.
Before his general election defeat, Ed Miliband, as party leader, had refused to hold an in/out vote amid concerns it would damage the UK economy because of the uncertainty it would create.
But the party's acting leader, Harriet Harman, and shadow foreign secretary Hilary Benn, now say Labour believes people want to have a say on Britain's relationship with Brussels.
It means the opposition will give the green light to the Conservatives' planned referendum bill for a nationwide vote before the end of 2017.

Britain's opposition Labour Party is struggling to regain its balance after suffering one of the worst elections in modern times. Shocked by the extent of the loss, leaders are trying to figure out how to rebuild the party and regain the trust of the public.
Acting Labour leader Harriet Harman appealed for calm on Monday, though she insisted everything would be up for consideration when the party holds its conference in September.
Harman said that "these are dark days for the Labour Party."
Party members will vote in September for a new leader to succeed Ed Miliband, who resigned following the election defeat.

Britain's opposition Labour Party backs Cameron's EU referendum plan
Britain's opposition Labour Party will back Prime Minister David Cameron's plans to hold a referendum on the country's European Union membership by the end of 2017, its acting leader said on May 24.
Labour had fought this month's national election, in which it suffered a crushing defeat to Cameron's Conservatives, on the policy that it would offer Britons an EU referendum only if there were a further transfer of powers to Brussels from London.
Cameron, who has promised to renegotiate Britain's ties with the EU ahead of the referendum, will on May 27 set out plans to enshrine the vote in law when his government's legislative agenda is published.
"The British people want to have a say on the UK's membership of the EU. Labour will therefore now support the EU referendum bill," acting Labour leader Harriet Harman and the party's foreign affairs spokesman Hilary Benn wrote in a joint article in the Sunday Times newspaper.
Harman and Benn said that while Labour wanted to see reforms to the EU, it would make the case for continued membership.
"The Labour Party does not want to see the UK stumble inadvertently towards EU exit," Harman and Benn said. "We have more power by being in the EU than we could ever hope to have by acting alone."
Cameron, who is due to host European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker for talks at his official country residence on May 25, has said he favours staying in a reformed EU but will rule nothing out if he does not get the change he is seeking.
A YouGov poll for the Sunday Times, carried out May 21-22, found 44 percent of the 1,532 people surveyed favoured staying in the EU, while 36 percent would vote to leave.

Labour had fought this month's national election, in which it suffered a crushing defeat to Cameron's Conservatives, on the policy that it would offer Britons an EU referendum only if there were a further transfer of powers to Brussels from London.
Cameron, who has promised to renegotiate Britain's ties with the EU ahead of the referendum, will on Wednesday set out plans to enshrine the vote in law when his government's legislative agenda is published.

In an article for The Sunday Times, the pair wrote: "We have now had a general election and reflected on the conversations we had on doorsteps throughout the country.
"The British people want to have a say on the UK's membership of the European Union. Labour will therefore now support the EU referendum bill when it comes before the House of Commons."
Labour will campaign for Britain to remain in the EU and will press David Cameron to achieve reforms on migration and welfare as part of his renegotiation, according to Ms Harman and Mr Benn.
"The Labour Party doesn't want to see the UK stumble inadvertently towards EU exit. We will make the case for our continued membership," they wrote.
"The notion that Britain's future prosperity and security lies in shutting itself off from this market... makes no sense."
Labour leadership hopeful Mary Creagh told Sky News' Murnaghan programme: "We want to get on and make the argument for why Britain should stay in as a strong and confident member of the EU.
"I think we should have the referendum sooner rather than later [because] it's going to cast a very long shadow over British jobs, British growth, British investment."
Ms Creagh also accused Prime Minister David Cameron of being "a bit unclear with his own party and with the country" about what exactly he is trying to renegotiate.
Labour's shadow Europe minister, Pat McFadden, also told Murnaghan that a heavy-handed approach to negotiations was not necessary.
"It's possible to argue for reform and change in an organisation without also threatening to leave," said Mr McFadden.
He also denied Labour's refusal to offer a referendum during the election was not a major factor in their defeat and losing votes to UKIP.
He said: "You don't win or lose an election for just one reason. I wouldn't put our stance on this down as a definitive part of our election result."
Sky's deputy political editor, Joey Jones, said Labour's announcement was a "big change of tone from the party from where they were in run-up to the election".
"It does means many Labour MPs who had been going out saying a referendum would be a bad thing are now going to swallow their previous words and actually say it's obvious British people want this to happen and it's going to happen because the Conservatives have a majority," said Jones.
The move comes as Mr Cameron unveils plans for legislation in the Queen's Speech to hold a referendum to "give people the chance to finally decide whether they want to remain in the EU or not".
Meanwhile, former deputy prime minister John Prescott has thrown his weight behind Andy Burnham in the race for the Labour leadership.

Turmoil in UK's Opposition Labour Party After Election Loss
Britain's opposition Labour Party is struggling to regain its balance after suffering one of the worst elections in modern times. Shocked by the extent of the loss, leaders are trying to figure out how to rebuild the party and regain the trust of the public.
Acting Labour leader Harriet Harman appealed for calm on Monday, though she insisted everything would be up for consideration when the party holds its conference in September.
Harman said that "these are dark days for the Labour Party."
Party members will vote in September for a new leader to succeed Ed Miliband, who resigned following the election defeat.

The UK Labour Party is Not Socialist
The UK Labour Party is Not Socialist
A common misconception around UK politics is that the Labour party is somehow a socialist party. I couldn’t imagine anything further from the truth, but I am standing on the outside of it all. I frankly don’t see any reason why anyone would think they would be other than perhaps a past of supporting social programs benefiting the public. Any illusion of such should have died with the UK’s involvement in the Iraq War. But there still are a significant number of people that think they are socialist.

What’s the choice in this election?
What’s the choice in this election?
Martin Freeman explains how this election is a choice between two completely different sets of values. Labour believes in community, compassion and fairness. That’s why we will build an economy that works for everyone. The Tories have cut taxes for millionaires and only work for people at the top. A Labour government led by Ed Miliband will protect the NHS, create opportunities for young people, raise the minimum wage and ban exploitative zero-hours contracts.

Labour Party Political Broadcast 2015

Sections:
- Budget bribes fail to buy votes
- SNP Insurgency
- Alex Salmond states "If you hold the balance then you hold the power", "it would be very good for Scotland"
- Conservatives warn SNP will call the tune with Labour
- SNP Catastrophe
- SNP Fantasy of cutting the deficit and increasing spending

BBC 1992 General Election Coverage - Part 1

Ms. Cooper is one of four members of Parliament who have announced they will stand for the Labour leadership.
Andy Burnham, Liz Kendall and Mary Creagh are also standing.
Candidates are required to gather the signatures of 35 MPs by June 15 to make it on to the ballot paper.
