The places we visited are: Escher museum or Escher in het paleis. It's close to the shopping center, not far from the government. I can not specifically say one is better than the other. Just walk around and see what grabs your attention! Lola Bikes and Coffee Even if you don't ride a bike, it's a cool place to sit. A little bit off of the busiest center in the Hague. All info at: http://www.lolabikesandcoffee.nl Haagse Toren (The Hague Tower) The place where you can have a drink is called the Penthouse. For a small fee you can go up the tower and enjoy the view. So just hop off the tram to see the small Netherlands and then just continue to get some wind in your hairs and sand in your shoes. http://www.madurodam.nl/en/ The festival we visited is at FAST surfdorp. This is a really cool place! The festival is not there every weekend, but there's a lot of other cool things you can do. Markets, skate, eat or stay at their hostel / camping. It's definately worth checking out.
