Got Talent is a talent show television format conceived and owned by Simon Cowell's SYCOtv company. A pilot was made in the United Kingdom in 2005, hosted by Paul O'Grady, but after O'Grady's split with ITV, the series was postponed, resulting in America's Got Talent – the first full series of the format.
It has spawned spin-offs in over 58 countries (as of April 2014), in what is now referred to as the Got Talent format, similar to that described by FremantleMedia of the Idol and The X Factor formats. In April 2014, the format was named the world's most successful reality TV format ever by the Guinness World Records.
Got Talent was an invention by The X Factor creator Simon Cowell, with comedian and talk show host Paul O'Grady producing a pilot for ITV in 2005 under the provisional title Paul O'Grady's Got Talent. O'Grady left the network after disputes with ITV, resulting in Cowell moving the concept to the United States while he and ITV searched for a new show host.
Due to these issues, the Got Talent franchise ended up debuting first as America's Got Talent on NBC on 21 June 2006, with judges David Hasselhoff, Brandy Norwood, and Piers Morgan. The show's original series was hosted by Regis Philbin. In 2016, the judging panel consisted of Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Melanie Brown, and Simon Cowell, and hosted by Nick Cannon, who has been the presenter since 2009. The grand prize on America's Got Talent is $1 million, and, since season 3, a chance to headline a show on the Las Vegas Strip. America's Got Talent proved extremely successful for NBC, pulling in high ratings in both total viewers and the younger 18-49 demographic. The show's initial success in America is credited with the eventual launch of the British series, and the overall global launch of the Got Talent franchise.
Britain's Got Talent (often shortened to BGT) is a British television talent show competition which started in June 2007 and originated from the Got Talent franchise. The show is a Thames production (formerly Talkback Thames) distributed by FremantleMedia and is produced in association with Syco TV. The show is broadcast on ITV and its sister show Britain's Got More Talent is broadcast on ITV2. Anyone of any age with some sort of talent can audition for the show. Acts compete against each other in order to gain the audience support while trying to win the title of "The winner of Britain's Got Talent''. The original judging panel consisted of the show's creator Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan. Kelly Brook was brought in as a fourth judge in series 3, but was axed after one audition site. Morgan did not return for series 5 and Cowell was only present during the live shows, while David Hasselhoff and Michael McIntyre joined the panel. Alesha Dixon and David Walliams joined the panel in series 6 as replacements for McIntyre and Hasselhoff.
Henry Wilson Allen (September 12, 1912 – October 26, 1991) was an American author and screenwriter. He used several different pseudonyms for his works. His 50+ novels of the American West were published under the pen names Will Henry and Clay Fisher. Allen's screenplays and scripts for animated shorts were credited to Heck Allen and Henry Allen.
Henry Wilson Allen was born in Kansas City, Missouri. Before he began his writing career he worked variously as a stablehand, shop clerk, and gold miner. In 1937 he began working as a contract screenwriter for MGM animation division. While his early work was for Harman and Ising's "Barney Bear" series, his longest collaboration was with director Tex Avery. Allen was credited as story artist on many classic Avery shorts, included Swing Shift Cinderella, King-Size Canary, and The First Bad Man, among many others. Allen downplayed his contributions to the shorts, claiming that Avery merely used him as a sounding board for his own ideas.
The ninth series of Britain's Got Talent began airing on ITV on 11 April 2015. Ant & Dec returned to present the main show on ITV, while Stephen Mulhern returned to present the spin-off show Britain's Got More Talent on ITV2. Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden returned for their respective ninth series on the judging panel, whilst Alesha Dixon and David Walliams returned for their fourth series.
Jules O'Dwyer and her dog Matisse won the competition. Magician Jamie Raven came second with Welsh choir Côr Glanaethwy in third, and dance act Old Men Grooving finishing fourth place. The result marked the second time that a dog act had won the whole competition (following Ashleigh & Pudsey in 2012).
After the conclusion of the eighth series on 7 June 2014, speculation began about who would return to the judging panel for series 9. On 8 June, it was reported that Simon Cowell may leave the panel.David Walliams sparked rumours that he may not return. However, Amanda Holden announced on 31 October that she, Cowell, Alesha Dixon and Walliams would all return as judges for series 9. On 16 January, ITV confirmed that Cowell, Holden, Dixon and Walliams would be returning for series 9.

✖Please watch it in 720p ;)✖ ----------------------- Yay! A new criminal minds video. I have been wanting to make another video of these 3 for a long time (can't believe it has been almost 3 years since my last one). I have never been the biggest JJ/Will shipper, but over the years they have really grown as a couple (JJ will forever be my favourite character). It's been wonderful to see them grow as a couple and as a family. P.S I couldn't upload this video without saying a massive congratulations to AJ Cook on her pregnancy. I smiled so much when she announced that she was pregnant again on Sunday. In fact I think the whole fandom hasn't stopped smiling. SO, a massive congratulations to AJ, her husband and little Mekhai (who does an awesome job playing Henry, and who I'm sure will make...
Henry Gallagher has a crush, and like any self-respecting singer-songwriter, he's penned a song about it. Move over Taylor Swift! His catchy lyrics have the audience buzzing, but will he win the Judges' hearts and impress a certain young lady in the process? All will be revealed, Saturday, 8pm. Best of Horrid Henry 3 Hours Long in English
Ahi le va tierra caliente.
Echale paisa.
[Chorus:]
Ya le escribi mis canciones
ya le lleve serenata
pero dice mi ranchera
no querer meter la pata
que si me quiere la engan~o
y si la engan~o me mata.
