Independent online (SA) 2014-08-18The Zulu (Zulu: amaZulu) are the largest South African ethnic group, with an estimated 10–11 million people living mainly in the province of KwaZulu-Natal. Small numbers also live in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Mozambique. Their language, Zulu, is a Bantu language; more specifically, part of the Nguni subgroup. The Zulu Kingdom played a major role in South African history during the 19th and 20th centuries. Under apartheid, Zulu people were classed as third-class citizens and suffered from state-sanctioned discrimination. They remain today the most numerous ethnic group in South Africa, and now have equal rights along with all other citizens.
The Zulu were originally a major clan in what is today Northern KwaZulu-Natal, founded ca. 1709 by Zulu kaNtombhela. In the Nguni languages, iZulu/iliZulu/liTulu means heaven, or sky. At that time, the area was occupied by many large Nguni communities and clans (also called isizwe=nation, people or isibongo=clan). Nguni communities had migrated down Africa's east coast over thousands of years, as part of the Bantu migrations probably arriving in what is now South Africa in about the 9th century A.D.[citation needed]
Montains of Lhasa are feeling the rain
People are walking the Botella lanes
Preacher takes the school
One boy breaks a rule
Silly boy blue, silly boy blue
Yak butter statues that melt in sun
Cannot dissolve all the work you've not down
A chela likes to feel
That his overself pays the bill
Silly boy blue, silly boy blue
You wish and wish, and wish again
You've tried so hard to fly
You'll never leave your body now
You've got to wait to die
La la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la
Silly boy blue, silly boy blue
Child of the Tibet, you're a gift from the sun
Reincarnation of one better man
The homeward road is long
You've left your prayers and song
Silly boy blue, silly boy blue
I begin to dream with barely open eyes tonight
A quiet melody, it sings to me, asleep I fall
With whispered songs of hope that come toward my ears and stick inside my head
And hold at bay the fear, the droplets on the pane reverberate the same thing
Sleep well, sleep well tonight
Oh won't you sleep well, won't you sleep well tonight
All that I believe and all I know that we can do
It begins again with day and it begins again with me and you
So let's be quiet and be still and steal these peaceful hours all away
And claim the stars as ours, I know just where they'll be and what they'll
say they will sing
Sleep well, sleep well tonight
Oh won't you sleep well, won't you sleep well tonight
Won't you sleep well, sleep well tonight
Damned if you do and you're damned if you never
Damned if you feel alright
Loafing and free, it's the same way every night
And if you think you amaze like the dumb
Every other fool but never go outside
When will you see that you can't even run and hide?
And everybody's looking at the silly people, living silly lives
Laying all around incessantly, oh yeah
And if you're hearing all those little people telling little lies
It's time to live, it's time to get a life, yeah
Day turn to week and the week to year
You can't ever, can't hold on
Nothing to be, it's a sad way to go along
And if the prize for the win is the size of the sin
But you'll never win that way
Nothing to be, it's a shame every other day
And everybody's looking at the silly people, living silly lives
Laying all around incessantly, oh yeah
And if you're hearing all those little people telling little lies
It's time to live, it's time to get a life
So carry on, yeah, if you wanna think of nothing
Well, then you'll be, so nothing that you'll
Never know what you're not, yeah
And if you're hearing all those little people telling little lies
It's time to live, it's time to get a life
Well, it's time to live, it's time to get a life
Well, it's time to live, it's time to get a life
Well, it's time [incomprehensible], time to get a life
Damned if you do and you’re damned if you never
Damned if you feel alright
Loafing and free, it’s the same way every night
And if you think you amaze like the dumb every
Other, fool but never go outside
When will You see that you can’t ever run and hide

Liar,
You never called.
But I'll be just fine, yeah I'm fine,
Sleep well.
This never made much sense to me
So I sleep alone.
Cause you are the same as I always remembered,
I'll always remember.
Where was all your money.
You said, where is all your money.
You like it more than ever,
And I can not stand this.
Because you like it more than ever.
It was just a god damn mistake.
Stay at home,
Because you're way to good at faking.
Love is too much,
I'll be just fine here.
Stay at home,
Because it's always the same.
Darling you fucked up.
I guess I love to spend all my time up in my own brain.
Because I can believe the words coming up out of your face.
Where was all your money.
You said, where is all your money.
You like it more than ever,
And I can not stand this.
Because you like it more than ever.
I guess they all knew.
Somebody draw the sun.
Those states made me distant.
Tell me it's always, better.
Well I can't believe you're still in the valley,
Wasting away.
I guess they got the best of me,
And got your all.
It's okay little one
Don't dissmay little one
Your just a babe
How can you be trambling
It's alright little one
He's come tonight little one
The one that you and the world have been waiting for
Sleep well
Sweet dreams
You need your rest
or so it seems
Sleep well
Come what may
For God has come
And you must prepare the way
It's alright little one
Don't you cry little one
Your the delight of the blind and the barren
It's okay little one
He's come today little child
Enjoy the peace
It may be the calm before the storm
So sleep well
Sweet dreams
You need your rest
or so it seems
Come what may
For God has come
And you must prepare the way
Messiah has come to save the world
And he has chosen our place in time
God has given us his son
but why must ask me for my...
Sleep well
Sweet dreams
You need your rest
or so it seems
Sleep well
come what may
for God has come
I drove by your house last night only to remind myself
what never was,
what could have been, but you left me for dead and I'll
tell you something.
I hate the way you make it seem like I never meant
anything.
Sleep well tonight
Sleep well tonight
Cause when your lies catch up to you
You know there's nothing I can do but pull the knife in
my back and give it back to you
You're a mess and you're alone this time
The world is moving and you're whats left behind
And every word I ever wrote in every song
I let them go with you that buried deep and gone
So take a breath and hold it deed cause you never meant
anything.
Sleep well tonight
Sleep well tonight
Cause when your lies catch up to you
You know there's nothing I can do but pull the knife in
my back and give it back to you
And while your eyes are closed I'll tell everyone so
you're exposed
The bright light creeping through the crack in the dark
You can't stop whats next in store
Sleep well tonight
Sleep well tonight
Cause when your lies catch up to you
You know there's nothing I can do but pull the knife in
I'm leaving and when I leave
Don't remind me of the story
I'll read it someday
I'm standing and when at a stand still
I'll sit back and laugh about that day
As you know I will
Close my eyes 'cause I sleep well
And at night sweet dreams can come to warm me
Close my eyes cause I sleep well
And at night sweet dreams can come to warm me
I'm waiting so as I wait
For the next thing to come take place
It should way back when
I'm drifting so as you drift off
I walk down to the ocean
And I'll sail away, far away
Away I go (away I go, away I go)
One thing I know
I sail too deep (I sail too deep, I sail too deep)
Sleep well, sweet dreams, goodnight
Close my eyes 'cause I sleep well
And at night sweet dreams can come to warm me
Close my eyes cause I sleep well
And at night sweet dreams can come to warm me
You want me, you got me
I'm digging my heels in so far that I dug a grave
To the point where I wanted to lay in it
You made me lay down
And your eyes can be revealing
And I've read between the lines
You were never unsure but you're always wrong
And your pretentious mouth runs all day long
Calls on my phone to ward off thoughts
And things to do to keep me busy
You won't let me slow down
You need me balanced and in good spirits
And your eyes can be revealing
And I've read between the lines
You were never unsure but you're always wrong
And your pretentious mouth runs all day long
I'll endure and I'll press on but it's not for you
It's not your interests, I'm concerned with
You're a corpse and a fake damn
I hope you sleep well
And your eyes can be revealing
And I've read between the lines
You were never unsure but you're always wrong
